Bill starr OHP routine is 2-3 sets X 5 rep for warm up 6 sets X 3 reps using the same weight for all sets, increase when all 6 sets can be completed 1 set X 10 reps back off set at a lighter weight. He also suggests very incline bench press an dips etc on a separate day. But I reckon at least 4 weeks before you press. do as Rev suggested with the band and cuban press stuff. and the face pulls and band pull aparts. you'll come back stronger eventually. Not like you have an OHP comp coming up in the next 80 years

Padded flooring goes on the outside chief. You don't want to be standing on squishy floor when squatting or deadlifting. Or the bench to be wobbling around. Take the 2 that you have under the bench and put one where your plates are and the other on the other side.

I've got an RB25det in my R32 gtst everything from the flywheel back is standard R32 GTST stuff. I was wondering if I can use the R33 GTST diff to get the taller 4.1:1 ratio. Can I just swap out the whole diff? or do you need to swap out the internals? does it require a change to tailshaft or drive shafts? what is the easiest way to do this? Thanks

OP - Look for a build thread titled "A boy and his love for his RB20" The crazy person that created that thread has a sick love for RB20s. long story short... he was making over 260rwkw. paid mega dollars for a good brand name FFP. Had it fitted, cooler piping revised to suit. back on the dyno and it was worse at everything other than pretty engine bay. less power, less torque, more lag, more aidz everywhere. go read it.. dyno results and all.
