  2. R32 and R33 autos are 4 speed. don't know about R34s. OP - auto boxes don't really sell that easily mate. maybe you should just dump it on the driveway of a person you hate like a normal person would do.
  3. You can sell a car in QLD with no RWC, as long as you de-register it. Reduce the price by $1000 and sell it that way.

  16. Dani - yes eat same on off days. You eat to recover from last session but also to fuel up for the next one. It was hard at first but you adapt to the new stress. First week or so you'll be a wreck. Keep eating and lifting as programmed.
  17. it's good. remember you have to be on a calorie surplus to get gains from it. you'll fail if trying to CUT or TONE etc etc.
  18. Tabata Thrusters goes for 4 minutes - of those 4 minutes, you are moving for 2 minutes and 20 seconds. That 4 minutes is better than a 15 minute exercise bike. If he does this morning, lunch and night, it is already more cardio work than he was getting. Add that 30 minute complex GHOSTY put up at lunch and it's the best bang for buck he could get. First time I tried Tabata Thrusters, I decided to start light so I used 7.5kg DB in each hand. 4 minutes later I lay on the floor for 14 minutes. Just remember the point is to get as many reps in the 20 second intervals as you possibly can.
  19. Early 90's Subaru Liberty/Legacy RS Turbos used a water to air intercooler. you can buy the whole kit for under $100 I'd say. They seem to be good for about 160awkw on the subies using a TD05 (a mitsu one.. not Kando). Looks like this in the engine bay it then pumps the water/coolant to a thin condensor/radiator out the front. Looking at the pic of your old car, you could easily fit the cooler part in that front passenger side of the engine bay.

  21. ok, now that home and away is over... Do your curls starting left side first. then only do the same number of reps on the right side. Gut - Nick posted a link that had a vid for doing reverse situps or something - do those. Also - it might be worthwhile visiting a chiro. after an xray and a good look at your spine, they may need to "adjust" you or make recommendations as to what you can do to fix/better it.

  25. Dan - try adding "PLANKS" to your Ab routine. Youtube will have instructions if you don't know what I'm talking about. Tangles - I pretty much eat that way throughout the weekdays (during work) easiest thing to do. Step one - cook up some animals Step 2 - buy salad shit from shops (I get Coles BBQ Salad bag and tomatoes and cucumber and avocado) Step 3 - empty half a bag in to big container, throw in tomato and cucumber and avo Step 4 - heat up some of the animal you cooked and cut up and put in in the salad Step 5 - add dressing (Optional) Backup option (if you haven't cooked enough animals) is Tuna with the above. Looks like this. then 15 minutes later I eat 2 of these during the day at work (easy going office job) Outside of that I have my cereal at home and dinner in the evening. Easy as.
