  1. They may have had to undo the engine mounts and move the motor around a little to get the box bolts so that would explain loosening the cooler. Just don't get how the injectors would start leaking or why they would have had to be touched in any way.

  3. why did your injectors leak after a gearbox change? was the gearbox supply and fit or did you supply the box? warranty on box?
  4. Mate they will be under 18 and nothing will happen. Trust me. Replace the words "my skyline" and "almost taken" with "my house" and "wallet/purse/handbag/phones/ipad taken" and you can have as many witnesses as you want... They'll get nothing.
  5. Hey mate. I reckon I know who those kunts are. Not know as in I know them, but as in I reckon I can guess which local shitkunts they are. and I bet you will be able to find them hanging out at the nightowl during the day or around 4pm onwards. Especially thursdays. If not there, they'll drive by to the IGA up the back to do their usual drug deals. School holidays is rampant with this activity. If I notice the car, I'll take a pic and of the occupants. but I suggest you try the night owl on Thursday afternoon.

  9. Why do you bother Markos.. People eventually find the right information if they want or continue on with their ways. Don't worry about it mate. You're always going to get "I don't want to be a powerlifter" "I'm happy with my ways" etc in this type of place. You've got your own forum and a PL thread here... this thread is always going to do your head in.

    so halfway up means up past parallel right? How will squatting to below parallel but not till your calves touch hamstrings allow you to lift more? you're not failing at the bottom.. you are failing half way up which would be back up past parallel. or are you assuming that a legal depth PL squat is a 1/4 squat?

  17. Cuban press f**ked my other shoulder. stuck to doing band rotator stuff along with overhead press which doesn't hurt and actually feels like it has helped some. Anyway, I don't really care about it much anymore. No 200 squat because girlyman.

  21. Right scap has ongoing problems. Both shoulders sound like ratchets moving in any direction. Tennis and golfers elbow in both elbows... So yeah. A few problems with bench. The first time I tried a squat 1rm I got 150 but failed 155. Before this I had done about 5 years of wannabe bodybuilder type training. Still did squats but it was once a week and it was 3 sets of 10 and was superset with leg press or ham curls. Best dead lift during those days was 180 with straps and it wasn't a proper deadlier. It was a start from Waist height then down, bounce and up... Using straps. I'm 178cm I think.
  22. sq 192.5 b 100 dl 210 at 86kg at GPC states around Easter. best bench in a 3 lift comp was 110 @ 92kg and 115 @93kg in a bench only comp. Best deadlift in a 3 lift comp was 220 @ 92kg and 222.5 @ 94kg in a deadlift only comp. Next 3 lift comp is in 3.5 weeks. Don't think I'll do much better. Will not be using wraps for squats... Should still be around 85-87kg
