fish and krill oils did nothing for me. I went from 5 fish oil caps all the way up to 20 per day for months. I then went for 2 tablespoons of actual fish oil.. look that up to see what that adds up to. no joint benefit. Just shiny forehead. lol

it's not going to be something magical mate.. it will either be her posture or a habbit where she tenses things too much. Maybe she sits with shoulders slightly shrugged or rolled forward and any additional activity by way of exercise causes the tightness to be extreme. Start with posture.. it's free to adjust. morning and night tennis ball lovin...

Tennis ball placed around the shoulder blades up against a wall where she can use her legs to go higher or lower or left or right or harder softer.. it works great. find a sore spot and and just lean on it harder and harder. If all that fails, find a physio that does dry needling for instant pain free release.

Have you/she tried deep tissue massage? not "honey let me rub your shoulders" more "ok try not to cry while I torture the muscles around your neck" She might also have a habbit of shrugging her shoulders up causing the nerves around the neck to get pinched or just tighten when she does exercise.. as in she might not be able to control what muscle she tightens and have a habbit of just getting tight everywhere. Suggest starting with a tennis ball or harder against her neck and upper back.. she can do it her self on the floor or against a wall and control where and how hard she wants it.

Mate... if you have actually developed enough muscle that it has made your wife who sees you everyday go "hey your legs and butt are bigger", by doing squats and deads with what has been less than body weight... AND have lost fat, all in the past 3 months, then you have some f**king magical genetics and should be Mr Universe in about 4 months time.

The internet can describe why WPI is a better option than WPC better than I can and am willing to. Look it up when you have hours to spare.. On the topic of your fat arse... surely you understand that the handful of squats and deads you've done at the weight you have has not made your arse or legs big. If you got bigger, it's your food intake... donuts, blocks of cheese etc etc. LEESH - squats and deadlifts do not make you get a big arse. they make you get a NICE arse. Some observations. Birds understands enough to coach someone (not well), but doesn't understand the female brain. no suprise there.. very few do. Leesh is being typical female and not telling the whole story and is easily and quickly misguided. Dans wife made a passing comment about his arse and he assumes squatting 50kg has made his bum grow - It hasn't! Dan is a girly man cause he can't drink a protein shake with water. Troy is a tight arse and should know that WPC is for plebs. TT solutions to all these problems. Birds needs to squat more and try to fix people less. Leesh needs to stop worrying about her looks or add some HIIT to burn more calories while not wasting time.... after doing squats. Dans wife needs to squat and not make comments to Dan as he is sensitive Dan needs to do some 20 rep squats then skull 2 scoops of powder and 1 scoop of dextrose in 300ml water instead of trying to give a master chef judge style review of the the texture and after taste of his protein shake. Troy needs to spend less on drugs to buy some proper WPI to have after his Squats.

Thinking of parting with my current R32 GTST. Car and engine have around 175k kms. Working air con. Working power windows and mirrors. Non bubbled dash All air con vents intact (well passenger side round one is gone and a boost gauge sits in it's place) HID lights and LED parkers LED dash lights. About to get new oil and filter this weekend. Rego till November 2013 RWC will be supplied The bad: Small spot rust bubble on roof (smaller than 10c piece) and some paint flake and marks on front bar. basically, this car is awesome sauce. And I'm kind of attached to it but will no longer have a need for it and would like someone else to enjoy it. Price wise, I'm thinking around $8900 If there is interest I will take some pics. Willing to sell for cash or swap for $8900 cash. Up to you. BUY IT NOW before I'm forced to go to boost cruising.
