  5. pull from blocks if you have a weak lock out pull from deficit if you are weak to the knees speed pulls if slow off the floor. having said that.... just deadlift more if you can't deadlift 200

It's not rocket science to suggest someone eats lean meats and veg etc. Everyone here will know that much. you want to count macros, do it. you want to eat cheese, do it. you want to eat all your carbs just before bed, do it. There is only one certain rule. Consume more energy than you expend, you'll grow Consume less energy than you expend, you'll shrink. where your energy comes from or wether you get it from 6 meals a day or all in one meal makes no difference what so ever to the end result of weight/fat. If you care about your health in terms of vitamins, minerals etc etc, then you won't get all your energy from a meal of oreo biscuits.
  11. You guys..... Boz - you can get flavour free powder. Instead of worrying about the make up of a tablespoon on honey, just enjoy it, then do an extra set of squats. Leesh - eat meat. And do more squats. Birds - shutup and deadlift 200 already Vspec - sorry to hear about your aids/diabetes. Have you tried to do squats to counteract the aids? Dan - protein powder is fine for long term use. Stop reading women weekly for your scare monger info.
