I think it's a slight mod to the cradle to hold the pump firmly in place. I honestly can't remember.. it was about 5+ years ago that I did that on my first R32 GTST

155L/h if I remember correctly. I can't remember how to calculate HP forom that though. either way. that pump is anywhere from 16-19 years old. A walbro pump is worth about $150 brand new. or, there is a guy selling a Bosch 044 in the QLD classified section for $150.. It is a wise investment. last thing you want when you're up your car is a dieing/dead fuel pump. high revs, no fuel, lots of air = ting ting ping bang.

True.. I've never had anything decent.. like your rare '93 HCR32 & '93 Nova I've had a non insured car stolen before. $16K worth of S14. My stupid mistake for thinking no-one would want a stock series 1 S14. I learnt from that. so everything is insured. But it's true.. I guess i don't care for cars as much as I used to. it's just a car now. gets washed occasionally, gets fuel and gets serviced. If it gets stolen, it will save me the hassle of going through trying to sell an R33 gtst. That's going to be fun soon enough I guess. iadore4door34s - I asume you have a rare 4 door R34 now? no doubt with the rare glorified auto? or are you in to just dreaming about them?

You know what you need... an XB falcon style Drop tank..

^^ with mini filters on them.. they can still suck unfiltered air in as they are open at idle/under vacuum. who knows what they will pick up and send in to the RB.

mate.. he did not do any false advertising. that thing is so uncommon that carsales doesn't have an auto option of R34 GT and 2.0L. those fields are auto fields from carsales.. you just have to pick on. he SHOULD have said this is a 2L RB20DE in the body of the ad, but he doesn't have to. Anyway, you got a $13K R34. for $7K you could get an RB25neo in there and upgrade the brakes. so you are then up to a cheap R34 GTT price range.

It's your choice mate.. We are just passing our opinions here. People are different. you see an R34 with 20 inch wheels that can't be used as a work of art that everyone wants to look at. I think it's the most stupid idea in the history of the universe.. we're just different.

post a photo.. better yet.. post the engine number but.. you bought a car without knowing anything about it? I know there were some R33's that came with boat anchor NA single cam RB20's, I thought the base model engine in an R34 was RB25.

I have a stock XR6T fmic for sale. this can be used in skylines using stock piping with a few custom pipes to go from the standard cooler location to the front location. cooler already has stock endtanks which have both pointing to the correct direction. $150 brisbane. Will measure and take pics tonight and post details tomorrow.

transmition makes no difference to bov usage. both manual and auto skylines have a stock bov. because the auto changes gears without coming off the gas, you will only get a bov release when you release the accelerator. so it won't pssshhhh as frequently. so yes, r34 auto can have aftermarket bov and no, it doesn't make any difference with auto or manual

old news mate.. if you had searched you would have found a few threads on AFM issues with this fix already tried and tested in them. good that your car is going again though
