Dan as wat i got, basically it is against the Australian Constitution to penalise someone for the same crime twice eg. you robbed the shop, they can't sentence you twice for robbing that shop once. It is the same with the hoon law, if your car has already been confiscated before going to court, you have already been sentenced. The police played judge, jury and executioner. Word it well and get the exact codes etc. for it from the Australian Constitution and tell the judge he can't take your licence basically as you have already had your car taken therefore served your sentence. A case was thrown out last year based on exactly this. I don't know the exact codes but if you ever got busted it could save your licence!

Well thought i give an update. I have since my last Check installed a new Immboiser!! inner toe arm fixed the Suspension and made a bracket for the Zaust Heading over the pits on Monday not sure where yet i have got a friend which is a Engineer and getting his Cert to Clear his own cars he would be taking it down so he can talk the talk!! So hope all goes well!

Anything can happen on the track its a different surface comes down to practise and time / driver! so you can have 250 hp and still run 14 /15s best guess is to try for yuorself, its hard to judge
