  1. So someone finally bought the Ebay car! Have you seen it in person yet? I don't know of any aftermarket bars which line up with the AXIS flares. Others might. Otherwise just get a stock one.
  2. Is that why that show isn't on TV anymore?
  3. Yeah I have a new Deatschwerks pump to go in that should take care of that. Just getting the wiring sorted. There is no space, well aware! Andrew seems to think it's no problem. If it is a problem, it'll be his problem! I'm sure it'll be fine.
  4. I thought this was lamb chop?
  5. Update as of today: Me x 2 Jase x 2 Mike x 2 Albs x 2 Still finalising price, but it'll be about $50 each plus postage for those outside of SA max, if I go through Paul's supplier.
  6. So that's how you make the smiley face grill look good! Top stuff Jay, just glad I don't have to live with it on the road...
  7. Should be going in at the same time. He's made plenty of others for RBs - is there that much difference in the air intake?
  8. Huge props to spoolin for this months wheels cover shot. Looks amazing!
  9. I thought it was the same map on every Nismo ECU?
  10. Bargain! Thanks Paul. Did you check out any Aus suppliers? The email I got back from SPC listed two that I think might be worth chasing up, at least for curiosity's sake.
  11. Sorry to hear! Maybe I'll go the bigger power steering cooler just in case then... DBA are pretty confident in the brakes, and have given me some guidelines. Guess it'll be a pretty good test for them, wouldn't think they'd usually get tested in 1.8 tonnes of fun. Yup, AM. Andrew is making my suction pipe while I get cracking on his web site.
  12. Well not exactly. The Japanese, places like G-Zone, can remap the VQ25DET ECU. Not a direct swap of the Nismo, but probably better because it's tailored a bit more.
  13. Booked in for the SAUSA Track Day on April 16. Plan before then is: - Make and fit suction pipe (this Saturday) - Fit catch can - Fit shift kit and trans cooler - Fit fuel pump and injectors - Fit wideband - Tune Fcon - Buy and fit power steering cooler - Fit toe arms, camber bolts and SuperPro bushes, then wheel align - Buy and fit new wheels and tyres - Fit braided brake lines, replace fluid Not sure I'll get everything done. Priorities are probably power steering cooler, wheel alignment, and finishing the brakes off.
  14. Ok pricing is through. Need 5 to proceed. Strut Bar To Chassis Mount Kit - SPF2849K - http://www.superpro.com.au/find-superpro-parts-for-my-vehicle/part?id=SPF2849K - $145 Control Arm Upper-Inner Eccentric Kit - SPF3297K - http://www.superpro.com.au/find-superpro-parts-for-my-vehicle/part?id=SPF3297K - $150 Control Arm Lower-Inner Bushing - SPF3298K - http://www.superpro.com.au/find-superpro-parts-for-my-vehicle/part?id=SPF3298K - $80 Prices include GST. I'm estimating we could get by with 3kg express post bags, so about $11 for postage. If you're in Sydney, PM Craig (Jetwreck) for install price, otherwise Craig can do changeover control arms.
  15. Thanks mate. Probably just get the smaller one then, easier to find somewhere to fit.
  16. Haven't had a chance to measure the db at idle, sorry. Not sure how reliable those mobile apps are anyway... For those interested, postage is $75 Australia wide.
  17. Andrew, sound level is whatever you'd like. Twin mufflers will get you a nice deep note, and a lower sound level. I'll try and use my mobile to check sound level, but I'm not sure how accurate those apps are? Assuming you want twin mufflers, most people seem to be after quieter systems... Dump pipe (catless) - $420 (usually $480) Mid pipe with 200 cpsi ceramic cat - $400 (usually $450) Cat back exhaust with twin mufflers - $870 (usually $930) Total = $420 + 400 + 870 = $1690 Installation in SA is $280, postage is $75 Australia wide.
  18. Just to confirm for everyone, postage is $75 Australia wide. If there are any other questions please let me know.
  19. Win. Cheers Leon. They do all the different lengths too. Since I've already broken a couple might just go to town and replace them all. Sometime after I get that cruise control fitted...
  20. Hi all. Kind of random, but I'm wondering how you work out what the correct size is for a power steering cooler? Want to fit one to my NM35 Stagea, funnily enough the series 2 PM35 had one standard, in preparation for some track days. So far I'm looking at something like either http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130481576673?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_2770wt_1180 (which is similar to the stock PM35 cooler) or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270855089259?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_2319wt_1180 Second one looks bigger, another pass through the cooling fins. Besides needing a fraction more fluid, will it make any difference at all?
  21. That is really retarded. Why wouldn't they give DOT5 a completely different name, instead of having DOT5, which you can't use, and DOT5.1, which you should use? So easy to get confused...
  22. Might have to get some. I like the blue, not as rice as red but still nice. Matches my HDI silicon too. Hey Theo, what about this: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/10mm-3-8-Silicone-Fuel-Oil-Hose-Fluoro-1-Metre-Blue-/270710772750?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f079e940e#ht_1462wt_1180 Or this? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/290640042212?var=590031882551&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1155wt_922
  23. Do like that blue look! Looks great!
  24. Yeah fair. I don't think a group buy is cutting Craig's grass - he still has to install them! Not sure I'm even going to get that one, more interested in SPF3297K.
