  1. After a hiccup with my toe arms, I'm supposed to have camber arms on their way, so don't think I need these, right?
  2. Mine is the same with the whistle. I was told it was a sign the turbo was out of balance, but all of them seem to be like that. I think it's just inevitable that you'll have to replace the turbo, but the whistle isn't automatically the sign. Oh and exhaust out is great, just make sure you do the dump pipe too! There are a few options now depending where you are. Scotty on here does them, and AM Performance in Adelaide do them. These seem to be the proven options.
  3. Search the Stagea Discussion section, that'll tell you what else will fit. If you're in a hurry check Ebay, wreckers or Nissan.
  4. It's not too bad, but it's a bit too bright a blue for my liking. I like the blue look though - red has been done to death!
  5. So not too bad a job then? Got to do mine soon.
  6. Nup. Keep an eye on the thread, it'll get revealed soon I'm sure.
  7. Yeah it's weird. Up to 5 letters, and minimum 1 number, and you pay a once off fee, around $70 last time I did it. 6-7 letters is a different class, and you have to pay per year. Used to be $300-400 per year.
  8. If the cars not running and you're free, why don't you come anyway and hitch a lift? I did that one cruise and found it interesting to compare my cars to others.
  9. Nice. Pretty sure SA plates only allow 7 digits
  10. Is the second inlet off to the side there for the wastegate piping? What 4? EGT, O2, wideband and...? Also what engine management are you going to run when this is done? I remember you looking at some kind of 350Z style flash, is that the final option? Should be awesome when it's done. Looks like everything is top quality in the kit!
  11. This one then? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/110761574098?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:VRI&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2661 Fits between the intercooler and radiator I take it?
  12. Mmm... nice... Still looking for something suitable for mine. Even if it is a slushbox.
  13. Yeah probably, but not until next week if thats ok?
  14. Kompact is plumb back only anyway isn't it? I suspect after talking to Aaron that the person I spoke to didn't know about the stiffer spring. Happy with what I have though, and when I bought it the exchange rate was quite favourable so price was ok. Although I'm still not sure if the flutter is cool or annoying...
  15. That's what I thought... besides the badge and the quad pipes it looked really good though!
  16. I'm using the model up, the Nissan Specific Dual Port: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Turbosmart-Dual-Port-Blow-Off-Valve-Skyline-R32-R34-/130553048394?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e65916d4a Just got it Thursday, put it in, and drove with it around the place over the weekend, about 200k on it. A lot more flutter than I was expecting, even after playing with the adjustment all weekend. I installed it as a plumb back, and it works fine with the stock map. It idles and runs fine no matter what I do to the adjustment. Reason I went with this one was because Turbosmart told me the Kompact was no good for about 15-16PSI+. Figured I'd give the dual port a crack. I bought it from those ebay guys above, quick turnaround, everything was good. But when I bought it, the listing was for $US299 with free shipping.
  17. In Sydney for a couple of days for work. About 100m down the road from the hotel see a Gold AR-X, reg KNG35M. Nismo wing, black wheels with chrome lip, quad pipes, black tint, Dolphin grill and Maserati badge on the boot...
  18. Saw that one too, looked nice but the dayz sticker was a bit over the top.
  19. Car Torque should be, they're the Adelaide distributor. But doesn't it seem like a lot for a hunk of eurethane with some metal in the middle? Does anyone know if V35/350Z front ball joints are the same as NM35s?
  20. That sounds way too expensive. Is that what everyone is paying? Whiteline want $80 retail for the non eccentric ones. I cant imagine it costs $70 to drill the hole in a different spot...
  21. If you're looking at a Stag as a tow car, go the C34. Higher towing capacity than the M35 as far as I can tell, since the M35 has an alloy subframe. Buy Robbie's Stag. Convert to manual. Convert to R34 front. Win.
  22. Looks like we'll be broadcasting it too, so looking forward to it! The ARC have a big event planned. Checking out the course next weekend. Hope to see SAU do well!
  23. Showing up. I can totally believe the no kids... Can Dave come out and play?
  24. Brad (ducati02) is your local friend... Seriously, the wiring I saw in Chris Benny's writeup on the Works Bell kit looked like the wiring just tee'd off the +/- gate on the auto trans shifter. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard. They're only buttons after all, worst that can happen is it shifts the wrong way around.
