  1. Surely the worst youd get is the up paddle shifting down, and vice versa? Then you could just reverse the wiring if needed?
  2. I'll believe it when I see it!
  3. Paul, no price yet, he was waiting for some callbacks. Josh, nice find. Anyone know if V35 ball joints are the same as NM35? I know some stuff matches up, other stuff doesnt fit because of the front drive shafts. $70 isnt too bad I guess. If theyre the same as V35/350Z I'll give Nissan a call too.
  4. Not the only one... We should start an exclusive club Billy called me today to tell me he should be there. I think anyone who has an M35 and doesn't turn up should have their car repo'd.
  5. So I took the car to get wheel aligned today, and it needs new front ball joints and bushes. Bushes are easy. Looks like I want the eccentric SuperPro ones, as suggested by the suspension guys (http://superpro.com.au/find-superpro-parts-for-my-vehicle/part?id=SPF3297K). Has anyone replaced the front ball joints? Any idea where to get a replacement set from?
  6. Picked the car up from Pedders, rear is dumped, but only just level with the front. Weird... but can't go any lower on the rear. Haven't measured yet though. Got my new blow off valve in the mail today, Turbosmart Nissan specific dual port. Nicely made unit. Fit it this afternoon, not too hard, just had a higher pick up for the hose. Set it up as plumb back, and set it as stiff as it went. Gives a fair bit of flutter, but other than that is all good. Will back off the stiffness in the morning and see if that lessens the flutter. Main thing is it fixes the 'farting', guess I'll find out over the weekend, with a drive to McLaren Vale and back.
  7. Just order the BC BRs. Awesome. S tune isnt height or damper adjustable I dont think?
  8. Why not just get the works bell kit? As far as I know its just wiring, so you could make them work, but not sure about fitting.
  9. Just took the car in for a wheel alignment, front bushes and ball joints are knackered. I know SuperPro do the bushes, but anyone know where I can get the replacement ball joints?
  10. Someone asked just the other day. You can get stickers on ebay, or I think you can get G35 buttons? I personally like my Japanese buttons. Always a talking point when someone gets in the car!
  11. G-zone or leons things. Depending if you want more power...
  12. And... who's doing Movember around here? I've started, got a work team. If you want to donate to the awesomeness that will be my perverted Movember Mo, go here: http://mobro.co/bigkevracer
  13. Bring Dave with you!
  14. My sister's boyfriend works down there, at the credit union. I'm up near the corner of Pirie and King William.
  15. I didn't think you could drive...
  16. Leon has his own little DIY interceptors and mods which allow him to do that tuning. He's tried explaining them but I can't really get my head around it without seeing it. Wire snip gets rid of throttle restriction, but nothing gets rid of the speed restriction short of Nismo, Impul or G-Zone remapped ECUs, and in theory F-con or Haltech PS2000. Still, 180km/h should be plenty fast enough for most people...
  17. So now that Rally Victoria is only next weekend, anyone going to have a look? I'm flying over around Thursday night I think, coming back Sunday after checking out the rally stages for next year's Rally Calder.
  18. No, just your fog lights
  19. Nope. I was pretty close to going G-Zone, just decided to do a couple more mods first. Now I don't have to. Worth it IMHO if you're not going for big numbers. Gets a tune then you're done. But not as if you can retune all the time.
  20. Haven't you worked out how your tail lights are wired up yet? Disco Jase
  21. Considering most people voted positive, why would you need that option?
  22. So three M35s promised so far... maybe I won't be the only one this time?
  23. White M35 towing a box car trailer last night on Port Wakefield Road - someone's game! Andrew, where on King William Street do you work?
  24. You wont be able to fit a strut brace with the spacer on. Ive got a strut brace and there is just no room for a spacer. Im tempted to remove it now that Ive got the BCs in, see what difference it makes, but when I first fitted it I felt it straight away. Much more direct and tighter.
  25. I should be able to make it. Back from surfers paradise the night before!
