  1. Well I got my braided lines and wireless reverse camera in the mail yesterday, just waiting on the rear rotors and suspension now. Not sure if I'm even getting my suspension now. If I don't hear from Street to Track by tomorrow I'll be reporting to the bank to get my money back. Service is terrible, and still waiting for my shocks 3 weeks later. Now they guy won't even respond to emails. Major disappointment.
  2. Sounds about right. I provided that to Braid, and they said they'd suggest an 18 x 8 +40-42, but because they were a wider rim they'd sit out more and fill the guards a bit better. So that's probably the way I'll go. A nice set of these: http://samotorsporttyres.com.au/content/winrace-1
  3. There are a lot of people on here, which is why I figured I'd start with that and see how I go. I haven't fitted mine, still waiting for everything to turn up, but my setup will be: DBA4000 Clubspec T3 rotors QFM HPX pads StopTech braided lines Motul RBF600 brake fluid
  4. Billy called me today, so we have to remember to let him know the meet point so we can have someone bringing up the rear
  5. How is yours going Cam? Haven't heard anything, which could be good or bad...
  6. We seriously need to sticky one of the 50,000 threads on this subject
  7. My advice is the dipsticks on our cars are shit. How much fluid did you put in? Probably only talking about 0.5-1L difference. Where are you filling it from?
  8. Anyone know if the AFM for the 3.5 (G35, 350Z, etc) is the same as the 2.5?
  9. Now show the nice people the other one...
  10. Bastard. Where did you get that from?
  11. Good idea. Hurry up and take photos for me, so I can spend money
  12. Might get one of the B & M ones then, check out Jase's on the cruise and see what I think. Keen on getting the IC sorted first so I can work out how much room there is :S
  13. Sounds good. 9.3?! We saw 9.5 from Adelaide to Melbourne over the weekend, and were happy with that. But that was without the shift kit, never thought of it improving economy... As an aside, do people recommend a larger trans cooler to go with the shift kit?
  14. Dealing with them at the moment, I'd say reliability needs to improve before they can be seen as a 'far better bet'.
  15. Devo. That was heaps quick too! So you swapped for an S14?
  16. Blues brothers and goldeneye. More issues with the head unit, have to go back to autobarn...
  17. So today we threw 4 blokes into the M35 and drove to Melbourne. Awesome with the TV screens, watching movies on the way over. Cracker! Just a shame our caravan park backs onto the Western Highway Big Fella should be here later tonight, then tomorrow it's off to Calder for Gymkhana! Oh yeah! First road trip I've done in the Stag since I brought it back from Sydney, and so far it's too easy. Just wish I had fixed the undertray before I came over. I race taped it and thought it'd be right, but the tape fell off. Very annoying.
  18. Jase, if you're wanting to fit the valve body upgrade at the same time as dropping all the fluid, I can sell you mine, that rocked up today, and just order another one? I'm not in a hurry, especially since I changed the trans fluid when I got the car, around 6 months ago. So if you're changing the trans fluid shortly, better off doing the shift kit at the same time.
  19. Bump. Sunday 25 September is the final date, right? Who's in?
  20. Nick, video doesn't seem to be working :S
  21. No worries mate, known Mike for a number of years, good luck!
  22. Yep, he's crazy. Also has to sell it first though. AFAIK Craig's is still on the market. Could be months before he gets his new car, and in that time he might get sick of it and do more mods
  23. They quoted me under $800 to fit and tune an Emanage, think it worked out to ~$100/hour. So you're probably looking at $300ish for the Willall tune.
