  1. What's the point of having an email address and form on your web site if you're not going to respond to queries?
  2. Didn't I hear GW are doing a Sougi replacement? I'm pretty curious about NEO and ULX-110, heard great things about the ULX, but it's not fully synthetic. Bad luck on the car Ironpaw... pics? Is it bad?
  3. Where did you get yours from Chops? I've sent Just Jap two emails in the last week with no response... Not going to beg them to spend money with them...
  4. When I did my research I found that power steering and ATTESSA weren't that fussy. You could use the same fluid as you did in the trans.
  5. No worries Should be fine I'd think.
  6. Lets plan to leave Parafield at 9, so 8.30-8.45 meet. Gives us a bit of leeway if we need it.
  7. If you find someone let me know, should get mine done too.
  8. Mine has neither LSD nor HICAS. I believe an LSD was an option on the RS, mine just doesn't have it. Haven't bothered to research them yet to work out if I can get one to fit, not high enough up the priority list. Also found the rear diff on mine had a magnetic sump plug. Think the front did too, but not the actual engine.
  9. If it has an LSD it needs an LSD additive in the diff oil. I'm pretty sure if it has HICAS it has an LSD. I used the same weight in the front and rear diffs, think it was 75w90, and the same oil in the transfer case and trans. I believe you can use the same in the ATTESSA and power steering too (I never changed it). I went 10w40 for the engine, but close enough. It's all close to personal preference. Filter is the same as a 350Z... that's been covered many, many times. Funnily enough, I called Valvoline's info line, and they had NM35 Stageas on file, knew all about them, and knew all about the different oils and fluids. There is a thread which makes this clear, it's just the brand that varies. Valvoline and I think Nulon make a Matic J equivalent if you can't get the Nissan stuff. I paid about $120ish for a 20L drum.
  10. Hmm good point. Make sure tagged links in future then... Mind you, your work probably doesn't like you on SAU all day when you're supposed to be working either?
  11. Fixed. I thought it was funny anyway...
  12. I finally discovered the real reason why Craig buys Nankangs. They keep sending him calendars... Edit: Fine, a link instead: http://livesniffpetrol.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/PicNews-101203.jpg
  13. Lets do Parafield Bunnings then, sounds like it'll work for most of us. Say 9.15 for a 9.30 departure, just like those dirty southern rednecks?
  14. Do we want a North meet point for this? It's a fairly central meet point so not necessary... I was thinking Parafield Bunnings again or North Park/Sefton Park Shopping Centre?
  15. Of course it's the individuals decision, but I learnt something from Cam that might influence my future choice. Not sure if people where trying to prove right and wrong? Locks the diffs for off road/snow, gives you 50/50 torque (or usually does in other cars, is it 50/50 in the M35?). I know if I hit it I instantly see torque being fed to the front wheels on my torque gauge.
  16. White c34 heading down bolivar road
  17. Black C34 in North Adelaide last night Silver C34 for sale on McIntyre Road
  18. Isn't it just the standard 260RS kit with aftermarket eyelids and grill? Grill looks kind of like one of the ones Dolphin make for M35s, but no idea what it is.
  19. Haha so dangerous... But, while completely sober, I just scored myself an Emanage Ultimate! Despite some sniper at the end who drove the price up from $150, scored it for $355! Came off an R33 and he has an SR20 map, but I should be fine to hook it up. Plus it seems to come with a universal loom! I'm very happy with that catch, can't wait to get it hooked up. Just have to get the boost sensor, and should be right to go! Might even try and get it tuned by Cian when I come over for Gymkhana if time allows.
  20. QFM HPX, available through GSL Rallysport, a SAU sponsor, are the ones I found most recommended on here, so I have a set sitting here to go in, just waiting till I get discs to do it all though. I'm still trying to work out what discs though
  21. I notice these are bellmouth, and the AM Performance ones are split. Dont know what Scottys are. Can anyone tell me what the difference is besides the obvious physical difference? I cant work it out, and speaking to a few people sounds like personal preference?
  22. That makes a lot more sense now Cam. I thought 'grade' referred to quality, like gold medal standard for wines. Didn't realise it referred to the base materials. More category V than grade V. You still find those people who swear by their mineral oils and blends, ULX 110 has always been one in particular that has interested me. They make some bold claims.
  23. My point was just in my mind, with my lack of knowledge of oil, all group IV oils should give me the same performance, and all group V oils should be the same. Surely if they all meet a standard they should all be good enough quality?
  24. Never EVER do that! I've had to ban myself from ebay and IM whilst drunk... my poor wallet just doesn't allow it... feels mistreated...
