No comment on CRD, Its negative. Hitman, Against him too. Prob feel stronger avoiding him than CRD Unigroup is an option, He seems to geniuinely care for cars however he doesnt do tune ups only retunes supposedly. $450 for basic and $750 for full.

Hey guys I need a tuner, I was thinking Bel Garage as I never hear anything except good things about them. Id like any feedback - Positive in the thread and negative Pm'd to me. Please dont suggest CRD as a tuner. No way id trust them with my car. Anyone else is fine. FYI I want a tune up not a full tune, But ill let the tuner discuss that with me. Thanks Nathaniel

you did everything fine, The computer needs to re-think/learn every time you do a mod. Disconnect and pump brake otherwise drive it around and piss it off until it clicks it and figures out what the issue is. Had the same drama however It did miss a little at very light throttle on the stock ecu.. Powerfc it doesnt but I cant really hear anything apart from windows shaking. It will require a slight thrashing to get it back .. however 0.8 would of been better and 0.9 pushing it bigger spark is better if your not getting any issues

Seems that way, Pre 1992 also have law restrictions for exhausts however they come down harder on us. so v8s etc get let off because they are classics.

My exhaust is a N1 Mega Premium.. Basically the best one I think. The car has not been tuned correctly yet, do you feel this will help at all? Its been pre tuned but needs touch ups. Thanks for all the feedback, It was actually vibrating the windows on my friends n13 and I felt bad when parents were looking at me with their baby in the back seat.. otherwise I wouldnt be so fussy

Sounds like a pain in the ass, Look my mate has a GTR and I thought it was the loudest thing ive ever heard. My car came back and it easily shadows the GTR. Yes my exhaust is a Kakimoto. Sure they sound sweet but seems once they get some power down them they like to rumble. Its a cannon too. Alright Ill get her tested, my main concern is idle noise. Why couldnt I get a 2.5 Butterfly and stick it in the 3.5 exhaust (3" flange) and then run it like that noise would be dropped alot yet it would still flow alot? not constantly I must stress. I dont want a varex muffler for god sakes its made by xforce we all know how crap x force is

It has a massive resonator/muffler in it, supposedly meant to qualify with jasma. 96db or somthing. So im not sure how much improvement can be made.

How hard is it to re-build? Ive got a pricy cat back and dont want its sound or flow decreased, I assume thats not poss. I was concidering a control valve for the exhaust. I have heard a manual is best like the apexi ecv So from the attached website you gave me, 79dB moving and 90 stationary? How does that work? I find it so difficult why people cannot follow this simple rule, would save so many dickheads side swiping cars. Keeping off a painted island You can now only drive on a painted island for up to 50 metres if you are entering or leaving the road, or entering a turning lane that begins immediately after the painted island. You still must not drive on a section of painted road that is surrounded by double lines. I also find it offensive that they make all the school zones double the cost, I dont see how it effects any children being run down if you park for over 2 minutes, sorry stop. Im all for the higher speeding fines, and all for 40km/h zones. Id appreciate more 40km/h flashing signs.

Hey peoples, Couple of questions. New mods went on and the car is insanely loud which Im really stuggling to understand as the exhaust used to be very silent on idle so much so a police officer never commented. Now Im pretty sure 3 blocks away you'll hear me. so...... What are the legal requirements for Exhaust dB in NSW for a 1998 Skyline? Secondly where can I get the test done to make sure I'm within these guidelines. Honestly I dont care to much about the defect I just feel its a pain in the ass when I pull up to peoples cars and my exhaust is so loud you can see the windows shaking on there vehicle, im waking their baby up, or im drowning out the sound of there 10,000$ system. Oh and I dont particularly want to pay for a defect lol. So anyone help?
