Degresaser is the best way to get them spotless.. The Acid Free rim spray works well to. For future use however use your car wax on the rims, use a paint cleaner before you apply it.. and your grime and yukky stuff with come off with a spray. But you must reapply every now and then.

Coolant will be leaking from the pipe which has white substance on it, this indicated coolant which has dried. search for this, it can be in the form of a metal rail (which I had) or the pipe, if its slow id expect it to be pipe. There are about 5 under the plenum and several behind the engine next to the firewall then you have upper and lower main pipes and thats about it. Oh yes turbo feed for water cooled turbos

According to Nulon more = better cooling properties.. I believe they suggest 70% for best cooling i.e race conditions Im not sure why (I may be wrong as its from memory - which has prooved several times to be pretty unreliable.)

Well I finally got my hands on a set of Tomei Poncamshafts they are second hand and wondering if they are original as I cannot find any document to support its markings. I figure from assumption that these are real, one because the guy is really honest and two sort of makes sense. So the Markings are either a 115 or A2691XR which I figure "2691" stands for.. 260 duration and 9.15 lift i.e 26.91 But I wanted confirmation from someone as I know Poncams are not TOMEI stamped but PROCAMS are so making it harder. If someone could confirm this for me please? Cheers

YOu can contest it, use the law mentioned above which allows a 10% tollerance eithaer way on your speedo, it takes awhile but it will have you with a clean slate.

Howdy, Have a variety of things happening, Firstly I have just completed a round trip the qld from sydney nice 2000km on the clock and picked up some nice go fast bits on the way thanks Darrin. After the first 1000km ( I drove through the night) the tyres which are at least 30-50% tread are gone!!! I did notice during wet patches the back swinging around as if Hicas was playing up, acclerating out of this tail movement helped. anyway Im off to get a wheel alignment (and new tyres) tommorow but wondering if the problem could be hicas and perhaps its time to do the old hicas lock bar trick? I must add the front tyres have almost no wear from the trip. not visable anyway. To add to the story, the drive back was shocking, at one stage it was basically ice skating on the road, not due to bald tyres but because I was fighting with hicas to stay the shit still. Help is greatly appreciated. Heres my advice, Stock colours some nice air/gas suspension cause you aint going to mountain climb that thing and order some nie 20" Sp1 proffessors tor perhaps lm1 nismo rims keep it jap spec with sex spec feel.. They hydros or air setup is a must in that car it would look great.

Im up at coffs harbor and spotted 1 white r33 with P plates gave the bloke a wave an he responded. There are no people up here with skylines?! In qld driving the r34 people were falling over themselves checking it out.. Alot different to sydney and quite strange as I snapped a shot of a Audi R8 sitting outside my camp site one morning bloke just took off for a surf go figure. My Mates r33 would contantly register about 80knock on hard driving, the tune was spot on and great. Had a look in his engine bay and his sway bar had a massive dent in it from the intake hitting it, removed it and on full thrash he registered knock of 30. Big change.\ Knock is recorded as any metallic sound as in metal hitting metal, 3 is nothing. Story pointless just a lil fyi
