As long as its not a direct attack at someone, related to a discussion, problem or situation the person could be sensitive about it should be fine. E.G they are Aboriginal decent and you discuss payments to the stolen generation while using derogitory wording. Perhaps talk to the girls regarding the situation and ask if they are offended by the use of such words, then ask how you could achive the same thing using different words, and suggest words to do so which would prevent them from being offended. Sounds like alot of work but saves your job, and if you care about your work record your place of employement alot of cash

Your work made that up? If work cover find out they will get nailed. Some chick made up dodgy claims against me about sexual harrasment and I was cleared but basically they found comments such as "wow" and "while your down there, as I was supposedly on a ladder" as sexual harrasment which to me could mean basically anything and for the record I would not even use these manners to any work mate. So if you related your case to mine basically anything that anyone feels offended to will classify as some form of harrasment. Its shit, its true and its basically to easy to lodge a claim. (she was going for days lost because of metal and emotional damage.. According to her facebook and comments she made to mine seems she felt otherwise.) Even getting on the piss and calling your mate a homo is harrasment, and if someone else is uncomfortable with the term you use then its also harrasment.. weird.

When it comes down to it, police are sent out for defect runs.. If your found in that time your going to get pinned. And how does being arrested relate to defects? your being fined for an offence arrest refers to a civil matter and will need courts to solve

Journalism at its best featuring both sides of the story, sad to say the public is brainwashed now so the second half is the only half they will remember.

tekniques car alarm Mistake one.. You mentioning it on here.. I suggest you fix those planks.. If they break them down again obviously it will be them .. cause they use it.. No doubt they would try it again. Turn your alarm sensor up and check your siren works but connecting it to a direct power source.. hope that helps and you get her bak to orignal condition.. Cheers

Well it makes semi sense.. If you think about it any fuel related product evaporates, its a character that comes with its explosive or flamable properties. I would say evaporation would be extremely minimal as the hole it would be evaporating from is small and you've got a hose stuck up its hole with a splash stopped stoping most .. So I guess it would be slightly useful but doubt it would be conciderable. At petrol prices now id try anything .. Lucky i went and got me a girl who lives down the street from work haha. Not dissing you Spiral, your facts were right prior to 2002.. Oh and to add keeping your tank half full is always good as it prevent you sucking up to much shit.. Although I never do that and always drive around empty never had a problem due to changing the fuel filter regularly

If its decreasing it means to them (in a round about way) procedures and money making tactics they are using must be working... If it working dont fix it.. So if its working how can we improve it? Answer drum up media, pull over as many people as you can and nail every bloke with a car that goes PSHHHHHHHHHH and has a 3" exhaust. Unfortunately loud cars are labeled instantly with hoon behavior, this is almost a 80% reality in western suburbs (I live there too) as every bloke you see has loud doof doof, a bov and darts in and out of traffic like a nut job. Southern suburbs such as cronulla just like pulling over any one who looks like trouble, yes im refering to race related breath testing. 2006-2008, slight drop which I cant account for i.e Dont remember a big drink driving campain etc... Can only remember a Western suburbs targeting program (seatbelts and speeding) and raise in anti hoon behavior. The other two drops would be accounted to drink driving .. 2006-2008 may be related to Talkndrive mobile campain?

Just so you all know, since 2002 the legislation for recalculation for fuel vrs temp was changed and devices have been fitted to give you a more exact litre dependent on temp outside. refer to www.caltex.com.au http://www.caltex.com.au/pricing_temp.asp So therefore that rule is pretty much no good. IMO if the temp it taken at air temps then its best to fill up about 11 when the concrete has had little time to warm but the air temps are warmer therefore it would be giving you more than normal

Cam Gears Installed The Wrong Way?!
DECIM8 replied to Phatboy's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Whats the difference in cam gears.. They all do the same thing and its not like you can get measurement wrong.. they are basic and just spin.. so cheap or not i dont think it would matter unless your a rb30 or race car making crazy power and spining them at insane speed. Most if not all the ones ive seen a billet aluminum not cast metal so they are all machined. To add almost all are anodized increasing the strength of the aluminum 5 fold. -

Cam Gears Installed The Wrong Way?!
DECIM8 replied to Phatboy's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
You shouldnt need a new tune no, turn the cam gears around and reverse the settings, so when you flip it it would be on +4 then reduce it to -4. you'd have the same tune wouldnt u? How the hell can u install cam gears the wrong way?! Is the tuner the same bloke as your mechanic? sure hes not taking you for a ride? -
p plater laws help our car prices, initially dropping them(car prices) but once those suckers get there blacks they will be hunting down a nice skyrine to drop the vtec peice of shiza (can be say "shit" any more? or am i guna get banned?) honda (unless they are zippin round in a nsx lol) So are kids getting smart and buying rotaries? porting them and pushing a old rx7 way past the speed a skyline could get to in 400m?

Out of interest how much would this conversion cost on a Neo head? Id most likely get forged internals keep the standard rb30 rods forged pistons and so on and want 350rwkw. Is this conversion a direct bolt on? Ive heard head studs are different or somthing for a rb30 vrs 25? Have not looked deeply into the matter just interested. Im looking into my other toy... either a rx2 rx3 and rx7 series 6-8 Im leaning towards the rx7 for reliablity and the rx2 and rx3 for value appreciation. What would you guys say do, rb3o bottom or new car? keeping the line too.

Banning Performance Cars From P Platers = More Deaths
DECIM8 replied to scathing's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I dont think it so much is skill with driving, most kids with a VL and ripping hand brakies in a car park are going to have more skill at handling a out of control car.. I think its the mindset youngins have (im still pretty young - id like to think so anyways) about NO FEAR, living fast and disregard about others. Again its prob parents fault because they dont teach them how to respect others. E.G you stop at the lights your windows are down and your radio is at 1000 db .. what do you do? Turn it down till the light goes green, common sense isnt it? not everyone would want to hear your doof doof. Why cant people do it? Thank god ive got a big enough system to blow any corollas shaky 6x9s out of the water and blow the tyres off the shitbox too, teach them. E.g 6am morning, going to work start your car idle and quietly drive off? oR cold start it, rev it to 7g in reverse rip out the driveway in a ball of smoke and then into 1st,2nd and 3rd smoking each gear.. leaving tyre marks and 10 car alarms ringing.. e.g .. youve got 4 mates in the car, do you a. keep your eyes on the road and drive correctly b. keep your eyes on the road and drift corners to test out the seatbelts? Respect for life, property and others.. Man I am so old.. Lucky I didnt get onto hitting your kids when they are bad.. but if you dont hit your kids your next on my list (WHEN THEY ARE BAD ENOUGH) -
Banning Performance Cars From P Platers = More Deaths
DECIM8 replied to scathing's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Way to dig up the old thead hey.. Anyone actually got some offical figures on reported deaths in young drivers since this was launched? I did happen to notice that this easter road kill was down alot.. like only 1/4 of people died on the roads compared to last year.. Perhaps it was because the easter long weekend did not go with uni or school holidays but thats a massive drop.
