Actually there is defects which carry points.. seatbelts, seats,steering, and wheels I think include some. Loud sound system also carries points. Its on rta website, type in offences i think comes up with a list or demerit points actually

no stationary cameras i refer to either radar guns or the stationary flashed ones.. with signage. Moving cameras are attached to the highway patrol cars and can get oncoming and moving traffic, I have a hunch they can run plates by photo too. Him calling me.. moving speed cameras i meant attached to a highway patrol car or undercover.. so yeah its a moving camera.. so mobile radar.. and No you dont need to be stopped with this, many people have been fined this way. And YES it is an offence if the police officer is off duty and pulls your rego to contact you.. for example the cop sees hot chicks in a car and writes down rego so he can call them the next day and runs the plates to get a contact.. obviously that is an invasion of your privacy and against the law. it is well know to be illegal. and yes .. indecent accleration is a offence.. people have been charged with it on this forum.. I did try find it on the rta website but gave up with the huge list. if you want to prove me wrong try find it.

Drove like crap too.. you learn I got my cash back after I faxed them a copy of the report, they basically listed the car as crap. fair trading instructed me I was in the wrong as in the conditions all I said was "pending inspection of vehicle" and they said the conditions had not been clear enough and in future I had to say something like "pending inspection of vehicle where the customer was happy with outcome of inspection, if not contract will be terminated and money refunded" so next time ill take a lawyer :S

Make sure people are not confusing things, if they had video or photos of the incident they can fine you. And a Highway patrol with moving speed camera can also fine you without even chasing you, if they are following or heading the other way.. if you watch them they will hit the button to take your photo and it will tell you a speed, been head on with a few and they all do the same thing upon seeing my car (we all know why) According to law (from what ive heard from crediable source) they have to get you targeted for 3 seconds and above speed limit and also for a moving target have to get you with no cars 100m infront or behind you if they are travelling in the other direction.

I had a off duty police officer call me at home at 6am on my day off and preach to me about speeding.. but he couldnt do shit because he had no proof and was off duty at the time.. Well get this.. Im the city after 12pm on friday night.. driving imports and a m3... First time parking down at the rocks.. we note its rear to curb so we U turn and rear to curb.. happened to miss the no parking after 12pm.. cops watching us do the whole thing and then park us in by driving their car infront of ours preventing us from moving and taking photos of the vehicle. all the other cars had been untouched and they did not have a slight concern for these people. I asked if they would be fined and they said "yeah sure" Anyways i was to busy trying to pick the chick cop up.. my mate was going nuts at her.. anyways my mate lost his rego for not paying.. so hows that for selective..

Cause when I tell people to add stiffness to the rear over front they always go no thats bullshit.. so if I did tell you im amazed you believed me Anyways yeah try all the settings and see how you go.. Im my setup which i readjusted yesterday because they got to soft and lifted the settings 3 clicks front and rear and it runs like its on rails .. dont mean much to you .. ive got like 32 settings and its half way front and 3 clicks over half on the rears. I think ill be upgrading my strut brace as well .. dont know if the stock one is much chop anyone confirm? R34 that is
