+1 for Joel at castle hill, the Mechanic who works for him is very good. never skips a step which is why I keep returning. I dont use his oils however, if your changing your oil every 5,000 it wouldnt matter but im a lazy shit and change every 10,000 but use super high quality oil which always comes out nice Motul or Mobil 1 full sythetics ive used 0-40w but id recommend 5-40w or 5-50w comming into summer. If you just got the car do the following. Lube hinges New spark plugs (gapped at 0.8) will remove flat spots use NGK irridums Oil change Wiper change Gearbox oil change (Redline Shockproof) Transmission change (redline) expensive so alternative is castrol. Rotate and inspect wheels Check all globes work Replace Fuel filter Complete flush of coolant system. After all work complete disconnect battery at neg terminal and apply brakes (to waste any electricity in system) this will reset your standard ecu, a spirited drive after a warm up drive would be a good idea to get the car back to optimum consumption of fuel. Sensor prob rooted, see if your ecu is giving a error code (i.e take it to nissan and run a check)

33s only in the rear .. some 34s came with them, but we have one in the engine bay. Looks really good man, pitty I could never even dream of doing that. what you get for buying a huge F.O sub.. Just a tip remove the back seat then remove the metal sheet bolted to the back of the boot, it lets sound travel better in the car and will remove the vibration of it.

Just on topic.. R33 turbo is laggier and will have less responce than a R34 series one turbo .. R34 series 1 turbo spools much quicker and with the right mods can be full boost a 3g and less. R34 turbo series 2, is bigger and can run a higher boost level, still spoools quick but not as fast as a series1 .. Ideal for a high flow. I only know this because ill be doing exactly that for my 34

If you have an exemption then your exempt from all turbo vehicles was my understanding .. but I have total exemption from the law.. I guess you may not? It will detail it on the rear of your licence, will either have your specific car or nothing written which means you are exempt. apart from 0bac piss

Yeap its true, the ADR compliant ones are basically a metal structure with a carbon fibre top which crumples on impact and shatters the carbon fibre when doing so. pretty basic but thats it.. ADR bonnets cost in excess of $2000.. How bout you get some stock bonnet, wack on some fancy raises, cut out a hole and take it to get carbon dipped painted.. then take it to a sprayer and tell them to cover it in a million clear coats.. hey presto you got one nice lookin bonnet for under $1000
