Hey guys n gurls, Ive got myself a blitz SBC i-d III and struggling to get it to work correctly, ive wasted $50 in fuel trying to get it to boost over 9psi!! Ive got no idea why it is not boosting to a 10psi level which ive consistantly set it for?! It ussually hits 7.6psi - 7.8psi then if I turn off the controller it hits a nice 8.9psi by itself!! Im so very confused why this is happening?? Was I meant to remove anything to let it boost higher than stock? If anyone can help out would be greatly appreciated! Yes ive checked for leaks, and yes the boost lines are designed for boost and not stretching a great deal under presure?! Help me!! Thanks.

Just an update.. the Main controller was rooted however the screen and solanoid was fine .. so now ive got myself a ebc .. setting it is a hell of a pain tho .. I cant breach 9.2 psi

I just read this thread.. yes you got shafted .. you have to remove the starter and put it on a hoist and get a seriously long rachet peice with a rotating head ... takes about 2hours but I had to replace the actual heater metal rail, harder than any damn heater hose which I could change with my arm and plyers.. I'd hit up those mechanics for dodgy bullshit mate.. if they do it that way tell them to f**k it up again and leavelol.0 may i further add you just have to drop the box support and rotate the engine with a jack if they want to do it that way .. so again i prove them wrong. Btw to the first post, it sounds exactly like what I had .. metal rail or the coolant line on the rail .. its sitting under the plenum check whats leaking first .. put it on a hoist

when cold air or hot air flows over a rail it can often send the sensor haywire.. abit strange but happens alot in cars.. just stab and move around everything you can see hanging around with your fuel system and see if it helps..

Hey guys I want a kit on my car ( just front and skirts) and at present the bar scrapes to the shithouse when I go up my drive way .. Dont want to lift it much so wondering if anyone wants to swap my rims for some 19" rims? its a 180 degree bend .. tell him to make a 1cm gap in between the two pipes and make it seriously tight.. im sure show him a pik and hell help u out instantly

ive got a r34 and the timing is super advanced .. wtf its like that i dont no .. pulls like a bull on roids tho (

more tune points knock sensor/alert from stock ecu 2 savable maps cool screen thingo .. bout it really.. knock sensor and maps pushed me that way .. n then onto the neo

great ... guess ill have to meet up with the guy n see if it works or not .. will the soli make any sound when its functional? or will i be able to blow straight through it? anything I could do to make sure its functional .. i suppose a multimeter would help but dont want to crack it open

Could be interesting but that many cars through the city and then onto bondi might cause problems .. i.e traffic lights and the ussual stopping to one side issue that attracts the cops .. just a tip .. I think dump bondi because its a pain to get so many cars to .. maybe head to clovelli car park and shoot through coogee and back out ranwick and head toward city again n then burwood or whatever.. just an idea

Hey guys Some knob - i.e G.A Garage sent me a Blitz SBC 3 BoostController which was totally fried... Im thinking the solanoid could be fried as well!!! Anyone know if any power is sent to it to do such a thing? or most if not all the power was sent to the screen?? Im able to get a screen and new controller for a decent price still to hold me even I guess.. Was wondering if its worth it concidering the solanoid could be rooted. I know its quite a general question but someone who knows how they work might be able to help .. if its all mechanic and no electrical movements involved it still may be ok. If I could, how would I check?

what ebc is it? sbc 3? or just standard one?

RED P platers cant do any Performance mods, so anything that makes the car faster, i.e exhaust. pod etc... So mke the exhaust look stock! use the stock air box, get a chip/piggyback/powerfc. P platers this does not apply to.
