I guess to turn the lights yellow you need oxygen too .. this fix restricts oxygen from the plastic so the yellowing does not occour? Im confused how you got from a dull faded smoked light to such a clear one? U just sprayed over it with clear and it make the cloudyness go away? How does that even work? Did you not cut back the plastic to remove bemishes?

Im sure autobahn etc sell them.. they are called gas struts .. they use a bolt on ball and arm configuration that works similar to your hip joint where a ball rotates in a socket to allow movement.. You will need fairly strong ones to hold up that stock bonnet.. fibreglass is another story hope that helps

I havnt decided anything? lol im asking.. One - Would flaring look good on the box design shape of a r34? Two - Is my only option really hard coils? Three - Stick with stockers and look like a 4wd? lol Four - Stretch (i dunno what size 260s? over my 265 wheels??) will that be legal? I deff dont wanna stick with numba 3 ... And dont forget its not on the floor shit it will be about an inch lower maybe a inch and a half! I want good handling and no scraping the floor .. its a car not a shovel.. So any more advice .. I worked out that if I pump the guards maybe 1-2mm at most they will slide under if they need too .. but like I said the wheels will be inside the wheel well and not half the tyre missing under the top of the guard like some people ride .. Pumping can cause damage and Im not sure I want to run that risk.. Another questions - maybe more directed at someone like sydney kid .. How much suspension travel is there on a coilover with about 6kg springs? Id imagine a shock would travel about 3-5cm on a harder impact and would imagine a coilover would be less?

Hey guys Im lowering my car next week sometime with coilovers .. Ill be riding at stock-ish height until I find a answer to this question however what do you all think Im running 265s on the rear at stock height and the rubber and rim slightly stick out, which is what i wanted! Im planning to roll or flare the guards .. Im alittle sceptical that flaring will look out of place on the r34 .. its sexi box like design might be ruined with a cylindrical shape pumping out its side. soooooooo... what to do? Do I stretch a lower width tyre on to the 9.5 rim or flare it out about 5mm? Im not going to drop it on its guts im just worried im going to hit a pot hole or some shit and have a bent to shit guard... I dont particularly want to run some camber but I know its unavoidable in the short term I plan to get a toe kit to fix the problem. Either that or run shit hard setup on the coils. What do you all think? Note this is only for the rears Spacers had to be added to clear those rear calipers because of the dish on these bad boys

Im pretty sure everyone has said it .. at once point in time you are going to have about 20cm of tread on the road at each corner .. unless youve decided to drive over something ... i.e racing.. so the bigger diameter you have will not increase your traction.. a few things can tho.. Better tyres.. Top grade tyres will give you much better grip .. not some nan kang crap! Lowering you air presure .. technically lower presure will give more tread on the ground .. but will also crack and advance tyre wear drematically. Wider tyres/rims.. the wider you go the more tread on the ground in the 20cm block .. so if you have 10" rears your putting down a 25cm x 20cm rectangle of tread and if its a nice deep tread and a softer compound it will grip a hell of alot better than some hard tight tread.. if your dragging drop the presure low .. if not keep it at 35ish .. hope thats helped On another point you may want to look at the following. Coilover suspension, camber and toe adjustments (negative adjustments in the front for better handling) and bushes and a lighter weight wheel which you already have ;D

Ill grab some for ya mate.. But trust me give them a miss .. they suk .. they looks really shockers on my r34 (black) and black is meant to look great with chrome.. Yes the race tek are seriously nice wheels and even better in person .. I wanted black but they are sold out and bonus they come in staggered sets 8" front 9" rears and will fit perfect .. you may need a 3mm spacer to clear your front brakes but the 33s are as big as the 34 brakes so u should right.. Trust me ring round for the race teks and the impuls (they look better in shadow chrome - ive got them) ditch those other rims ur looking at.. skylines just dont go with it

Google them I cant do all the work for you Starcorp - Impul (on tempe tyres website come in chrome and deepppp dish) Koya - Race Tek (Hard to get in sydney duno wtf u are but seriously hot rims) Koya - Inox (not as sexi as the above but come in 3rd for aussie rims) I understand not paying $4000 for jap spec rims just not the weight is conciderably different vrs jap forged shit .. atleast 4 to 5 kg .. really makes back off uneasy when slowing for a light .. im sure its just a thing you have to get used to .. 9.5 max unless you want to mod for the rears 19's are big but fill the guards very nice .. hope you dont want to do any track work tho 8.5 fronts id even shoot for 8's to drop some more weight .. the steering will be very noticable loss and you have to throw it around some corners.. My advice is on what ive done .. so believe it! More advice please buy good tyres.. ATM im riding on Nankang and I have falken all round stick to a decent brand and dont go for nankang .. they are very hard which means they will last awhile .. but they dont grip for shit .. I was using very very illegally low treaded falkens .. and they stuck better than this shit .. at least get some good gear on the rears please!!!! you could use them for road use no worries .. you have to remember polycarbonate is clear carbon .. they use it in submarines and submerable objects which can drive up to 500 feet .. im sure a pothole wouldnt phase such a plastic
