how much are rough house prices over in the east atm? find out info from ur real estate like is it easy to rent out? how much u'll roughly need to pay back a month? close to shop[s transport etc etc? and the age group that it would be suitable to rent to usually one bedroom apartments tend to be occupied by either a nearly married couple that works alot or a single block travellin needin a place to stay if ur not in a hurry look around n u m ight find the right place i thought about buyin land but instead went for investment property worked out for me n e way

Wink my advice would be i did this 2 years ago bought a second hand house n then started rented it out to people of coruse depending on location n how much u get a week for it it might work out for u atm ma rentees are basically helpin me to pay the bank back a month so which means i still can save money in buyin the car i always wanted ma 34 if u buy land u basically payin "white rent" so to speak like u have to fish out every month out of ur savins to pay it back

go house dude apparently governments settin up this thing where if u buy now they helpu pay for 40percent of how much ur buyin the house for but when u sell the house in say a couple of years time or sumthin u have to give them back 40per cent of wot it's worth at the time of sellin either way they win but it'll make it easier for u to get a house:)

try adjustin the settin on the bov more harder rather than soft ma bro in law has the same bov and his settin is on hard and he doens't seem to have backfire issues ma 2c worth

is ur bov atmo or plumback i've got a hks ssqv which is indeed atmo n ma car backfires due to the wrong air flow readin haven't had problems wiht the car though just means i'm usin fuel alot faster due to the uncessary backfire:P

shouldn't be too much problem depends how badly they rub i guess when i use to have ma lancer yes i was a ricer back in the day haha i got ma car lowered with 215/40/17's and the rear was a bit too low n started actually cuttin the tyre to a certain extent wasn't really n e major damage just left like cut marks on the tyre gdluck with woteva u choose to do n if u can plz post up some pics as i'm havin ideas for new wheels on ma 34 cheers:)

hey dude shouldn't have a problem think the gtt's can handle 19x9's was gonna fit a set of 19's onto ma car with rear size bein 265/35/19's and fronts max think is 235 unless u lower it then u might need to roll the guards unfortunately haven't got ma rims yet still savin up so will get them hopefully

i drive around quite a bit so wi ll keep a good eye on the look out for ya hope u find it soon
