Opinions opinions opinions eh? I still think that S15 looks absolutely fugly . I just do not like them! Retirement car? I see your point, but they go great, are safe, comfy as, full of extras..... I'd have a full 3rd party inspection carried out before I bought whatever anyway, so that *should* iron out the problems, but I've seen it in person. 2 clips are missing from the interior but apart from that.... tv works, sound works, electric blind, seats, mirrors, sunroof, they all work. I realise its got no turbo and its an auto/tip but mhmmmm....... Tom, I don't want a 1jz soarer cause it would be auto for that money, and I dont want ghey kickdown going around a tight corner into boost.... Would def's go for a V8 one. Martin, you honestly cant compare a S15 and a lowered 540i with angel's and clear lights all round... Anyway, S15 turbo manual is still 18s upwards, pass. Wouldn't buy one for 10k. I reckon the Alfa looks awesome and go orite for the price, just fwd. Karl, not a fan of silver.... Still, TT Man Targa leather? Soarer would stick with V8 - heard too many problems with the TTs and I love the sound they make. I met a guy with a stock, late model GTO. Told me it'd been nothing but problems, consistently visiting the workshop in the 3 years he owned it. Tbh, I'm not keen on the rear, looks like a Ford Probe. Find it very hard to believe you'd even get close to 10L/100km with a twin turbo manual, weighing 1700kg.

Cheers for input. The BMW is a 97 model. Has MORE stuff than the LS400 (and thats a tough job to achieve lol). Its got service history and should use about 14l/100km around town (which won't happen as I do mostly distance driving). Dad used to have a E39 535i and that averaged 13L around town. The zed I realise is a bitch to work on, but its got good history, timing belt done (110 kms, and looks it too). Can't be more heavy than the whale R33 GTR eh? Point taken on Alfa though.... Yeah, we used to have a 112k km LS400, full service history since new - delivered by lexus of perth. Dad sold it for 7k a year ago. How much money wise is it to whack on twin turbos onto them....? Still, I'm really leaning toward the BMW...

S15 = fairy car Boxster = mean kitted, but I'd never buy cause theyr so slow.... Zeds, I've never personally driven one but heard they go pretty well....(Targa for summer? ) No one likes the Alfa eh? Its really sexy... Link 0-100 in 6.5, tops out at about 250, pretty much identical to every other car on the list.

Lol, dont want a foreverbreakingdown rotary, and S15's are hairdresser's cars. Don't want taxi either. At this stage, I'm honestly leaning towards the BMW...... Just so nice, extras and solid! (Zed is sold pending finance to someone else but seller said he'd notify me if it fell through)

Have got budget of around 15k after debt is paid. Don't really want another skyline as it would be a downgrade from a GTR.... Here are some cars I'd consider... Don't want silly comments please.... Genuinely undecided here!
