Hey mate, the alignment kit is easy as to fit. You only need a jack, stands and hand tools. I did mine while changing shocks and swaybars so im not sure exactly how long it would take by itself. But id guess 1.5 hours max to do it yourself.

Other then the fact both of those are illegal i cant see any reason not to fit them...

Id say your problem is more likely attributed to the fact you're venting to atmo, not that your using stock BOV to do so. IE stock or aftermarket, without a retune your still going to have the same problem

Just did this today, guide is great and very simply explains everything that needs to be done coincidently it makes filling diff oil a crapload easier when the Hicas is off but before fitting the bar.
