  6. Thats got my vote aswell. I get the same thing when driving hard, and also extended drives down the motorway. changing it when i do my 100K service. Hiping thats the prob.
  7. Is legend of speed the one with the drooling mechanic that tapes his hands to the steering wheel then said WRX driver kills him in a race? If so I've been looking for the name of that for frikken ages.
  8. As above but for an r33 s2
  9. Steer clear, they are crap IMO. Currently have them on, came with the car, and will be gone in feb when i get paid. Way to stiff, the adjustment is a wank and even on the softest setting is far harder then i would want on the street. As an example of how hard it is, i have a sub box in the boot that has been known to hit the boot lid over some bumps. Spend your money elsewhere...
  10. The stock turbo is fully capable of making 12 psi, infact likely much more then that [ ive accidently hit over 15 on mine ] . However the life of the turbo is much reduced when running levels of boost higher then it was ever designed for. IE you can do it, you prob just wont be able to do it for very long. without some form of modification to the standard solenoid or some other form of boost controler, im not sure how just an exhaust and cooler would cause 12 psi?
  11. Certainly is now, i got the last 2 bottles in stock yesterday. only need 3 so will sell some shortly
  12. Cant get out there till tomorrow but ill see if they have anymore. When i left they only had a few bottles left.
  13. approx $30 i believe
  14. Not sure if it will help anyone but there I just picked up 4 bottles of the stuff from repco in Campbelltown at the princely sum of $10 a bottle (500ml). Pretty sure it was a pricing error but there were a few bottles left so if any1 needs it nows the time to go
  15. Well i just picked up my shiny new (for me) 97 gtst and was paying a fair bit of attention to the oil pressure gauge when driving it around today at idle it sits just under the 4 and when pushing it a bit goes up to just over 6. Is that normal and or safe? also when warming it up if u give it a bit of gas the pressure just keeps rising till you back off, then slowly drops off again. is that normal? Not sure what the norm is and would rather find out now rather then in a few weeks the hard way. Thanks for your help
  16. Pretty sure you will find the engine "reving up" is as ur putting load on the powersteering, it repsonds by increasing rpm. no idea about the aerial noise
