  4. My responses to each dot point: 1. When was it last inspected? Were there any signs of a pothole in the making? 2. When was it last inspected? 3. So what? I'm notifying you, and now my car is defected. 4. I would argue that you were researching how and who to notify in regards to the damage the pothole caused. Possibly even re-direct them to this thread as you posted it the next day.

  8. spotted myself limping home in the Stagea.. I think I may need new coilpacks.
  9. OK so took it for a drive today and found a steady incline. During acceleration, the gauge hovered around 0.5 and whilst in 2nd gear at around 3000rpm onwards I could feel the car 'stuttering'. Thoughts? I think this is getting a bit too over my head for me.
  10. Howdy, thanks for all your input! I Double checked the hoses and een had a mate of mine come by after I had installed it yesterday to ensure everything had been connected properly. No problem. I spent all day wiring up a boost guage (Apexi mechanical) and finally got it to work. on idle: -0.5 to -0.6 driving: -0.7 OK, so im assuming it should be idling on 0?
  11. Installed a FMIC on the C34 today. Purchased the JJR stealth kit and pretty happy with the result. It's looks the goods, and funnily enough is pretty stealthy behind all the black!! and thanks to front bar it get's a lot of flow to it. Unfortunately no pics of the install! My phone camera was playing up... I'll get some pics of the finished product tomoz. One thing I can say is that there was no instructions.. and after awhile I realised it was missing a mounting bracket, so I had to manufacture my own. Big step considering I've never done something like this before. Also, I hadnt driven it for 6 weeks and since driving it I've found that my car has been reaaalllly laggy and seems to make a lot more noise than it performs. Its hard to explain.. I may need someone to look at it.

  16. Been away from the gym for almost 2 months due to illness prior to a 6 week holiday around Asia, and in those 6 weeks I put on a dirty 6kg bulk... sigh. My plan is to diet/train like this for 4-6 weeks, or more (depending on results), 5-6 x a week: Cardio consisting of Tabata's (high-intensity training) including light-weights. (I think its a lot more stimulating than straight up jogging or walking.) [*]Oztag once a week.. for lulz. [*]Dieting (not strict), just eating sensibly and routinely again - which is key. (The usual tuna, salad, brown rice, chicken etc. - no more banana nutella pancakes.. sadface.) [*]No pre/post workout supps or post protein shakes. (May sneak one in here and there during the day to replace a meal.) I think if I can keep this up for 4-6 weeks, I should be able to lose +6kg and drop the fat around mah behhhlllehh! (my belly). I don't think I'll get back into the heavy lifting/isolating excercises too soon, I think I will use this as an oppourtunity to see how far I can cut and try new things such as: Stretching - I've never been the most flexible guy due to my laziness in wanting to stretch. Now, I'm paying the concequences. I'm susceptible to cramps, I have rolled shoulders which then causes incorrect technique. Increased cardio/aerobic levels - I've always been into lifting heavy and getting big, so I will put that on the backburner and focus on increasing my cardio, stamina and strength levels. I'll put up my training regime after each sesh. Thoughts, comments, suggestions are welcome.
