hey mate phone isnt working. like i have said they were only put in to test if my coils were stuffed but that is not my problem. they were fine in the guys car i got them off!!! anything else pm me.

ok, i gapped them down with no success, so i gaped them back again. i wil be speaking to a local tuner to run it on the dyne to check if is R&R. there no much else incan think of unless you have other suggestions...

no dramas will give that a go. i also noticed when start the car in the morn i will rev low for a few secs than rise to normal when warming up.

hey i tried another afm and didnt help. i am noticing a ticking from the injector area and have been told that they may be my problem. please any other opinions!!

hey wana get rid of these, have a afm already aswel. someone must need sum!!

this is really frustrating me now, i have a afm lined up just gotta purchase it but unsure if it actually ok. cars normal when cold, but once warm just dont go anywhere (no boost) idles perfect and everything else is fine. happens round 2500- 3000rpm. can the afm play up like this only once warm? car will go on to dyno to search for the fault (fuel related) if afm cant fix and there arnt any other opinions. but does anyone else have any more ideas, fuel pump wouldnt do like this surely?

doubt itl be coils if the cars fine when its warm.

I got these a few weeks back test if my coils were stuffed. i unfortunately didnt have any luck so i just siliconed my old ones and put em back in so im selling these ones!! $100 + postage. or swap for green label afm in good working order.. Thanks pics soon

old topic but, did you solve ur problems, my 33 doing the same. changed coils and plugs, now lookin at the afm!

get a pic of the air flow metre. wat colour label?

i had a popped cooler pipe that didnt make a diff think boost when to kick in but anyway, dats not his prob.. but do a diagnostic test and see what happens. maybe chuck it on a dyno and seif it is r&r. let us know wat happens wit either one.. i having similar prob at 3000rpm but only when its warm.

update.. i changed those coils with the siliconed ones an made no diff, stil there. I went on a 1000km drive over easter and still getting 450kms per tank highway driving, sound bout normal?? cruises good, but stutters when i put my foot down and go to overtake. can only think bout the afm but haven't had a decent look yet!! any other opinions??

bit more info, is it happening while cold, and after warmed up?? is it stock? have u checked the piping??

alright changed fuel filter and didnt make a difference. also got some 401 silicone and covered the coils, wil try them asap and let u know..

autometre boost gauge lets me know. I just checked out my old coils and couldnt see any cracks but they had like a blue burn type mark on most of them, il have to pull the other ones out and go over them again to make sure. sorry if i have confused you but when i put the other coils in it only hesitated for a second at 4-4.5 but now it does it again around 3000rpm it just splatters and cant see boost....
