just got a quote $380 from novus fitted

yeah i think mine is a little worse than can be fixed, its about the size of a ten cent piece and there is a little bit of glass missing kinda like a bullet hole that didnt quiet make it through. also i want someone to replace the windscreen rubber. when i purchased the car the rubber just didnt quiet go all the way around there is about 15 cm where there is no rubber at all. looks kinda poxy. any way ill buy a new one and keep the old as a spare and see if any one can fix it up at all? or if they can fix it i might put it back up for sale.

I have a stone chip in mine and need a new one any help would be appreciated also if you guys know what sort of price i would be looking at for a windscreen post that up to. Cheers Clint

ill be in for sure but ill meet up with ya's closer to funky town (frankston). did the authers seat cruise yesterday with my son and wife and then went over to flinders its a nice drive, also realised how much more fuel my car uses when i plant it i can also ask the boys in photographic to borrow us a top of the line camera for the day if any one knows how to use a pentax or is a photographer let me know and ill request the one you give me the name of.

Hey champ why wouldnt you post up here and help any one els who could possibly be in the same boat? I tought this was a comunity that helped each other out? surely you cant be edited, blocked or warned or what ever if you make a post about a company with dodgy morals and provide supporting evidence, even if it is only word of mouth.

found the AFR and the sheet with stock boost. Again if you guys are going down this path i recomend taking your car to Cihan @ etuner this guy knows his sh*t backwards and he does a 1 day turn around. drop your car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. he also doesnt mind you chilling out with him while he works on your car. I know alot of guys that do this sorta thing dont like you hanging round. my next mods are the bellmouth dump pipe and x-force cat and ill be taking it back to get tuned by him!

Not to be rude or a smart arse please take this the right way, But why would you take action against the previouse owner? did you not have the car checked out before you puschased it? I know you have had a hard time and i know you feel like you have been given a sh*t hand, but before you post up things like that ask your self one question "Was there any thing you could of done to prevent your self buying this car?" or did you see "260RS" an just jump in full steam a head? Please dont take this the wrong way im just giving my 2c worth, some things can be prevented if the right action is taken. I had a mate that owned a subaru WRX EVO, uno the banana yellow ones with the black rims? well he sold his car and the guy that got it smashed the sh*t outta it for a week blew the grearbox up and then tried to return the car. I know your not to blame but is he, if you didnt have the car checked before you purchased it?

i think they would 150% have tacking GPS in them. the box that houses the gutz looks fairly tough ive seen this being trial'd on williams road. they are very small and short devices and i think it might eliminate the need to have a car wich would cost quite a bit. the only thing that i was wondering, is the battery housed in that little box? so all it would take is the wires to be cut and you have a perfect tri-pod that does nothing?

lol i just had a look at my dyno sheet picture i put a few posts up and at the bottom just behind you can see the words "creating safer communities"

I ment the unit is providing a map for air, fuel and ignition. "the emanage unit its self, is mapping for" my air fuel ratio was something to do with 14 then as the boost went up it dropped down to like 12 i cant remember the exact figures. yes you can deffinately adjust the air flow ratio with this unit as he spent 2 hours doing this. when i get my turbo upgrade he has informed me that it wont be a hastle to go completly none AFM and let the unit do it all. the guys at RE customs have given me an option wich is a bit pricey but should pull half descent results, they call it the Leathal Combo apparently there is a few youtube video's on this.I'm guessing its basicly a GT30 turbo package worth $5000.

Well guys, I'm very Pleased with my install and the guy that did the install. My car is now running 10.6 psi with the Gizzmo IBC and has never pulled like it did today, it was probly the best feel it has had since i got it. the emanage unit its self is mapping for air, fuel and ignition and well the car seems to breath ALOT better. The gear change is a little more stiff but alot quicker and provides for snappy change but a nice smooth pull through gears. One thing i never had was alot of bottem end but this seems to have given me a bigger set of balls down below. I'm very happy with the result. my Mods were as follows Exhaust - Trust power extreme II Z32 AFM Cooling pro Tube and Fin FMIC Pod Filter Gizzmo IBC 10.6 PSI Gapped Plugs 0.8mm Greddy E-manage Ultimate And this is the result

ahh nah the guy thats doing the install is cihan from etuner but he does the dyno and tune out of RE customs (uses thier dyno)

Yeah he sounds like he knows what he is talking about and ive read through all of his customers dyno results and had a look at all the dyno graphs. So im fairly confident he'll know what he is doing. I personally havnt been down this ally before but a day sounds alright to me shouldnt take more then an hour to install the Greddy as it is a piggy back system and maybe another 2 hours for the Gizzmo and then another 2 hours for dyno. any one know if this sounds bout right?

2 days and counting! dropping it off at 9AM in the morning on wednesday to a place called RE Customs in springvale picking it up after work, so should have enough time on the way home to see any difference in drive. now the only other issue is that im also installing the Gizzmo IBC witch should take me from 7PSI to 10 or 11 PSI, so any increase in power might be due to that. wish i had done them seperate so i could have posted up the effect of each mod, but im sure it will be an interesting drive any way.

yeah the bloke did say second handies were the fork type. but im guessing the super wagons are new. and they are the eye type wich is what i need. now i did read the group buy thread and it just has Sk saying "Hi Brad, no problems getting the rear Bilsteins with forks (instead of bushes), the price is pretty much the same. I don't know how long I can keep up the Group Buy, it depends on how many people take it up. At least a month I would say judging by the early interest." but he doesnt say if its for s1 or s2

I'm having a shitty lazey day i have read heaps and done a few searches for key words like eye, saddle, fork etc and i cant find any thing that just answers this question. This is the email i got in regards to my 97 S1 suspension i wish to purchase. "Firstly I need to know what rear bottom mount your Stagea has. Is it a saddle mount |_| or eye mount 0. We have a good seconhand set of Tein HR for $950 with the eye lower rear mount and a set of Tein Super Wagon for $1400 with the saddle lower rear mount. The Super wagon will be the softer set out of the two, although the HR will still be fine, just a little firmer. Let me know what you have in the way of lower rear mount and we can go from there." can any one shed some light for me and also has any one used these before and if so how low can i go and what is the ride like stiff or nice etc....
