but surely when you first install it, it would be set to some sort of factory default? or zero mode. But my problem is the unit is second hand out of a r33 GTST so im guessing it would have all of the previouse owners values in it.

i had something similar ages ago i washed my K&N panal filter and re-oiled it but not all the water had drained out. made it cough and splutter till it was properly dry (stoopid me)

Seen a few people on here with shock horror storys of waiting for compliance due to emissions for 1 or 2 years

My experience is stay clear of 19's (could of been my width aswell) i had two blow outs both back wheels driving down from canberra the tires were rubbing on the top of the suspension where the shocks join the chassis. and at $375 a tire i just left them in the garage and went back to stockies.

Happy to report these two fixes solved my issues. Went down to supa cheap and baught my self a set of feeler guages, and some gasket silicon. Used a pair of pliars and gapped my plugs to 0.8mm and put em back then while i had the coil packs out i put silicon all over the little bastards. Basiclly before i started my issue was my car hated the cold and would cough and splutter till it was warm. When it eventually did get warm it would cough and splutter when i put my foot down and had some hectic dirty lagg. not sure witch fix did the trick but my car doesnt do this any more. Cheers to the guys who came up with these ideas big thumbs up.

not at all brother, $160 for the install and $480 for the tune includes 2 hours of dyno time.

yeah to easy. i know every one has there own views but as we have seen not all s1's have the same ecu or harness so im trying to be different but at the same time safe. atleast with my auto every one agrees that a piggy back is my best bet so the auto ecu can still function. will let yas all know how my progress go's and i will test out a new tuner as every one always bangs on about finding a tuner that can tune your car properly.

if you manage to freeze em off can i have them to hang around my mirror, seems every one els has gone the fluffy dice and i dont like trends so i think a set of fluffy testicals will be awesome.
