I guess we will all have to settle for "different strokes for different folks"

for someone who believes you dont need a turbo timer you seem to have one in your mods list i think that smashes you first valid point

sorry guys but i dont know where this thread belongs, im just curiouse is there one device that does them all because i really cant be stuffed fitting 20 different units in my car. they are a 19" DTM wheel got em from the tyre factory in dandenong. But im unsure of style, i just like em coz they look like a wagon wheel.

well for about a year mornington cousil has been hounding me to pay a parking fine that could not have been me because the day in question i was at work, and the car they tried to say i was driving (white honda wagon) was not even close to what i own ( green stagea ). they just kept tellin me about how i was going to court etc etc. i never responded to an of there notices or fine increases untill the other day when i wrote them a letter explaining how it could not have been me or my car as we were safely tucked away at HMAS cerberus on the day in question. eventually they released the matter to the magistrates court who just informed me today that they will not be taking this matter any further. 1 parking ticket out of the way. 1 more to go. I dont know about you guys but even if it was me i think by rights for driving the sexiest car alive i should be alowed to park where ever i want

Id say who ever owend it b4 you has replaced the glass. have a look and see if there is a nissan logo on the glass that should tell you if they are factory or aftermarket. i pulled these numbers off mine Rear side window : M2L3 AS3 Rear passanger window : M2L5 AS3 the green could be an aftermarket tint film so becarefull you dont wanna put new tint over your old tint, i know some people say its ok but personally ive seen a lot of tint on tint that goes al wavey because different manufacturers of tint make it out of sifferent stuff and some heats up and cools down quicker then others. so get the old stuff removed if it is a film tint. if its the glass thats got a shade of green through it you shouldnt have any problems at all.

ok now i dont know alot about this at all but i have read through the whole thread and i might have missed it but what about the r31 skyline wagon ? does any one know what sorta springs/shocks are made for them and if they would even come close to fitting a stagea s1 ? i did have a read through pedders web site and they have quite a bit of stock for them. plus they make a low sports spring for them. http://catalogue.pedders.com.au/parts.php?...&model=2548

Hey huys im a little conf*cked. i want new pads for the S1 had a look at that autospeedbits site and tried to work out from the selection list they have what i need for the front and back, but had no luck. http://www.autospeedbits.com.au/resources/...BrakesList.html here is my question: are the pads on the front and rear the same as the r33gtst/gtr or the r32gtst/gtr. sorry again but i have read this thread front to back and all i want is a descent set of pads. thanks for any help in advance cheers again

yeah again im unsure about the hole winding back of digital speedo's it could be something as simple as ressetting it to zero and driving around in it for awhile. im pretty sure when the ford BA's came out they were all programmed through the radio so that the speedo's could be zero'd after they had been moved from ford to seller and it was something as simple as pushing a botton 15 times. i have no proof of this but as they say "rumour has it"

just wanted to know if any of you had the same problem as me going through roadworthy, They tried to do me for the "FACTORY DARK GLASS TINT". first up they didnt even know it was dark glass and wanted me to remove the tint, so i took my key out and gave it a little rub and showed them how easy it would be to remove it (sarcasm) lol...... then they wasted my time for two days telling me i had to replace the windows. eventually i got hold of the RTA and they faxed me the rules on factory Dark glass. There is no tinted film fitted The darker glass is behind the driver The darker glass must have the marking "ECE R-43/00" and bear the symbol "V" There are two external mirrors fitted. now my numbers dont quite match up but that didnt bother the machanic tomuch, apparently the cops have imported a bunch of patrol cars with the same dark glass tint, and thus the reason for changing the rules. if you guys have any hassles witch i doubt you will give us a PM and i will fax u the piece of paper i have.
