  7. Who mentioned mclaren, it's mercedes GP, formally Brawn Gp. I cant wait to see the old fella kick some butt, especially Hammy's and Button's, people have said he risks alot coming out of retirement and whats his motivation, what better motivation than to beat the current crop after such a big layoff. Who knows if Brawn can keep a good car under him dare I say "10".

I'd say N/A's dont gain as much as turbo's because they dont have the back pressure from the turbo holding in the heat which the fuel does a great job of cooling, I guess that goes for the inlet air aswell, If the v8 stupercars could lift there compression then we would see some laptimes getting touched up. Nice, the old henry's respond well to e85, I'd be interested to know how many more degree's went into it to make that figure, at a guess 15+ more than ULP.
  13. pretty sure atmo's only gain about half that figure, Willalls have proven that from memory
  14. the teams mechanics dont give much away while looking for any advantage they can get, atm they are more interested in economy than power and since e85 can be run much leaner before shit melts thats the direction they are playing, IMO the teams who can afford to run leaner will win, triple 8 have the advantage here because they have lots $$$ and can push there engines further V8SA's green theme doesnt seem as friendly if someone mentions performance
  15. yeah bang for buck it's pretty good, ( be better on E85, diff go's bang ) not bad for a daily 2 points higher, if it was actually higher, would make it run a bee's dick richer, hardly worth plugging the laptop in but!

  19. It's the vibe the heat from the turbo cooks the oil, plus they love chucking in fuel when they come on boost, that gets in and stuffs the oil also
