A mate of mine has the PUG GTI, and it hammers.. ive had a good thrash up the reefton in it, and Loved it.. however I bought the rex as im not a fan of FWD.. and I love turbo PLus.. I wanted 4 doors this time

Drive them all, then make your mind up.. In the long run, mods might not be everything.. there is still a decent amount of power out of that N/A engine, and the handling capabilities are great.. if not superb.

YOu just keep telling yourself that. lol I beleive the new mini thats comming out will be based on the pugs 188 engine that was developed.. something to think about.

the SC on the mini doesnt really add that much to the power gains anyway.. wouldnt mods void your warranty as well?

Apart from Forced induction, the Clio Sport is the winner Really will amaze you, and the cheap premium on insurance is incredible.. why not look at a turbo astra? I know sfa about them, but its anotehr option.

Seriously.. go drive one for yourself.. and then drive the others in its class.. you'll be pleasently suprised.

yep, front mounted fours, not the best looking car, but after you sit and drive one, the looks really dont matter. Seriously man, drive one of those, or even the pug gti.. and you can see you'll get everything your looking for and more for 10k less. Minis are WAY over rated.

Have you driven one nark? Realised there is no boot space, no comfort features, and pretty ugly designed interior.. sure the 'specs' look good.. but for that sort of money youd want much more of a car thats offered. If I were you, id go a renault clio sport... damn amazing little cars, every feature under the sun, handle better than a pug gti, and the mini.. and can be pixked up for about 30k now..

GOR is always too busy.. cant hook in hardly on any corner before you run into the back of the OAPs in thier camper van.
