Nark it does matter when its that size, because the card needs to be created at at LEAST 250dpi for printing. so quality and clarity is everything.

I think you need to angle the cars a bit more and have them angled towards the bridge, and sort of cascaded.. also, lower your iso... and up the exposure a little.. its still too dark. need a tripod also, the panoramic shots wont come out well at all.. if your using a high exposure, even with or without a tripod your still going to get blur, the shutter speed is too slow for panoramic.

I use optimax all the time, and when I go for hard drives through the mountains you can smell the cat working, and working hard.. it doesnt smell like sulphur at all.. its actually a good fuel smell, its actually a little bit rewarding

Power button I beleive is just like an overdrive.. similar to a 5th gear.. should only be used above 80k/h or for cruising. So leave that off.. Foot on break, stall up to about 2500 in drive.. then foot off brake.. floor it.

exhaust DB isnt a roadworthy requirement, its not applicable.

You have to take it to one of the nominated places that came with that letter.. if its under 90db, it will cost you $25 to get the letter to give to the epa.. if its not, you;ll have to quieten it down.
