  1. they pop up on ebay every now and again.
  2. keen to see how this turns out, i thought there was no aftermarket ecu , apart from a Remap, that had the shift logic requried to operate the auto?
  3. 0.9v is about 10:1 afr. 0.4/0.5v is about 14.7:1 afr. and 0.1v is about 20:1 afr. but like lachlanw has said, its not accuarate at all, and you wouldn't use it as an indicator of actual afr's.
  4. you said a guy you work with has one. try that one to see if it would work. i cant see why it wouldn't, its the same series car with the same series engine and gearbox.
  5. i like the ones in the bottom pic, they fill the guards better. also i think getting the rims machined to suit seems like a whole lot of effort. as for the tire width. if you think about it, a 235 wide tire on an 8" rim will have a different fitted shape to a 235 tire on a 9" rim, this could reduce the rolling diameter, probably not by much, but it maybe enough to mess with the ATTESA. its just safer to rim equal width and size rims.
  6. Series 1 or 2? the R34 ecu pinout works for the S2 Stagea.
  7. is that like a fibreglass washer?
  8. a quick look on fast tells me that those two part numbers seem to be the only two ecu's that can be use for an S2 auto RS Four V turbo. mine has the 23740 0v811 and i have a 08/99 auto RS4V turbo. so your getting a new one from nissan? i hope your sitting down when they tell you the price, i dont think it will be cheap
  9. no, you can get them to fit on a S2 but with a little bit extra custom work. mainly to do with the caliper mounting bolt. here is what i found for the S2, be sure to read my post on the following page aswell, i was using the wrong rotor when i wrote the first write up, had to write up some correctons. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=4368252
  10. if the look like its in pritty bad shape i'd have to question the condition of the engine and suspension arms/bushes. 6k might be cheap but i think if you really want a 32 save up a bit more and get one that is in better condition, i know i'd be happier with a car that has good paint and interior.
  11. maybe its a sign that something is going to happen and you'll need private health cover. anyway, mine is working fine, i dont get redirected. maybe a virus, spyware or somthing like that.
  12. what is the part number/details on the one you are getting?
  13. did anybody order a large amount of camber?
  14. yep with electrical contact cleaner.
  15. thats not a map sensor, rb's use a MAF, it will be just after your air filter. that is just the boost sensor for the stock gauge like others have already said.
  16. wow, it must me hard to find S2 wreck if you are trying up here in QLD. *in bold* did you mean All Automotive Import Parts, ph: 0737156474 located in Seventeen Mile Rock (brisbane). they have always had what i' been chasing.
  17. sounds like the dash is loosing its power source. fuel gauge is electrical aswell, it will just hold its position when the ign is switch off. i dont know about the relay, but check this thred out, maybe what your talking about. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/4w...le-t176045.html
  18. i ran a R33 series 2 turbo on my R32 for nearly 2 years at 14psi daily driven without a problem. the turbo was still in good condition when i removed it. i know this isn't a R34 turbo but its close (both have ceramic turbine and nylon compressor).
  19. HKS also do some bolt on cat back exhausts that you can get in australia. Hi-Power 409 and Hi-Power Silent are a couple.
  20. pm me your vin number dude, there are 4 different part numbers for the series 2 for some reason.
  21. lol, so i guess banging it on a brick wall until you get the gap you after is ok then
  22. ok found it. Its an R33 ECU for the RB26DETT production date 01/95 - 01/96
