  1. yeah, it will be the relay box. similar thing happened to me on my 32, replaced the power window relay box and it was all good. the one box controls both windows, its located on the drivers side door behind the trim, up the door latch end. you cant miss it.
  2. its a rb25neo engine. it has the neo cas (black one) and the TCS throttle body.
  3. the lines are the same, flanges are the same. there is a slight difference in the R33 S1 and R33 S2 turbos, S1 has a steel comp wheel, S2 has a Nylon/plastic comp wheel. R34 turbos have the Nylon/plastic wheel and a larger OP6 exhaust housing. they all have ceramic turbine wheels. the only thing you have to look out for when putting a r25 turbo on a 32 is, i believe that some of the older model 32's, 89 models have a different size oil or water line fitting, cant remember which one. someone else may be able to confirm this for me. i had a 92 model 32 and it was a straight change over, all the fittings were the same size. the other thing to keep in mind is, if you dont get the turbo elbow with the turbo you will have to drill and tap a place for the wastegate actuator vacuum line nipple. and do some custom work to the 32 elbow to make it fit.
  4. its not an old topic, i keep adding more parts to it. and yes, i still have the instument cluster.
  5. stick you head under the back of the car and have a look to see if you actually have a lock bar installed. it will be just behind the diff.
  6. grab a multimeter or a test light and start probing plugs. there will be plenty of acc wires around. just dont splice into one that is too small.
  7. not all rb20's have RB20 stamped on the cam cover, from what i understood it was only the 89-90 model ones. as RB SANDY has said the 25 has a raised section towards the end of the rocker cover and the 20 doesn't. also most of the 25's have a raised bump on the front came cover for the VVT. and the intake plenums are noticably different from each other. the way the oil breather line fittings are facing is also different between the two, as is the stock BOV setup, RB20's are vertical and RB25's are horizontal. best thing to do would be to look at as many pics as you can of the two and see if you can find all the differances.
  8. yeah, that is what they mean, but the reservoir in the boot is for attesa. HICAS is fed only from the powersteering reservior, and thats only in the 32's, 33 onwards use an electric actuator.
  9. location?
  10. use 6 ignition outputs to control 6 seperate coils. i.e: sequential ignition. not wasted spark (3/2 coil). edit: spelling
  11. also just noticed on your pic, what you have labeled as powersteering, is actually your brake fluid. your powersteering reservior is on the passenger side just infront of the suspension tower.
  12. nah mate, thats clutch fluid. use brake fluid in it. HICAS takes its fluid from the powersteering reservior.
  13. its probably because the stock r33 wastegate actuator only lets it boost to 7psi.
  14. pics of window switch, window relay, and gear stick boot.
  15. the cat is sold but the dump is still up for sale R32 GTST No Name 3" mild steel dump pipe, has thred for O2 sensor: $50 pick up only. pick in first thred
  16. oh, sorry man. yeah it is, i got rid of the drivers side one a while back.
  17. i have a drivers side one, link in my signature. edit: its actually the passenger side one, my mistake.
  18. fair enough. will do from now on, thanks.
  19. just removing items i've sold and adding new ones. also lowering prices.
  20. Hi, today i come on to edit some of my For Sale posts and the edit button at the bottom of my post isn't there. i posted a new reply to the thred today and the edit button is at the bottom of that one, just none of the other older posts i have made. i have two For Sale topics at the momoent and cant edit either of them, so its not a problem with just the one topic. does anyone know or have any ideas as to why this is? the help would be appreciated. Thanks Josh

  22. with a timing light. and adjust the CAS to get the correct reading.
  23. BC and BK is the thred type. they are both the same except the height from the gasket to the top terminal on the BK plug is 2.5mm shorter than on the BC plug. so if you use the BK plug you coils may not make a good contact wih the spark plug. its all in this chart: it wont let me upload my chart for some reason. i'll try again later. anyway its sort of like this one, but the one i have has heaps more detail. http://www.wakularacing.com/NGK%20CHART.gif just use the BCPR6ES plugs, they are proven to be good. if you cant get them you can also use BCPR6ES-11 and regap to 0.8mm.
