What really happened was he clutch kicked it out on the exit of the roundabout in an attempt to bake 2nd and do some hectik dorifuto. Don't feel bad ive got a mate who in the first week of owning his car did a similar thing by the sounds on it on a roundabout in the wet and went into a fence. He also then backed into another fence on another date...... I don't talk to him much anymore.

I think more people should have taken those free dvds. Im watching it at the moment, it's pretty good.

Hmmmm. Someone who may or may not want to be named went to court today for a major defect, plead guilty and walked away with only a $75 fine.... :S I'd have just taken that if I'd have known they were letting people off that easy and without points.

Well the police brief still hasn't been done so theres no way they can proceed with it tomorrow. I don't even have to go down to the court, my lawyer is going so I've atleast got a day off. Either the court date will be postponed, police prosicutions will not want to take it any further or the magistrate will throw it out. Good ole waste of time and tax payers money.

OMG... last night was f*king good Unfortunatly I ran out of tyres at 7:30 It's great when there is bugger all cars out there, half the time didn't even have to stop.

Well the court date is next Tuesday. As of Wednesday the 29th police prosicutions haven't done the report/evicence/brief or whatever it was that I was supposed to be able to get a copy of two weeks before the court date. They never even replied to my lawyer when he sent off his own letter with everything we had. I'm hoping they just arn't bothering with it and when I get to court they arn't going to provide any evidence and it'll be thrown.
