Ya see comments like that can anger people pretty good hey, I didn't deserve to be pulled over & I don't appreciate comments like that. Is it my fault that I wanted a bit of time & effort put into my car to make it look good?! Apart from it sitting a tad low my car isn't too loud & my rims are stock from a 350Z. I don't think anyone really "deserves" to be defected unless your driving out there & being a complete dick

Got someone to do the lights for me cheaper so that's ok. Got some other problems come up now though...someone that's had my car during the year has f**ked my lock nut key, not happy

They do seem to be getting smarter, have had cops in the past look at my car & pretty much only warn me about how low it is, had an undercover go through my whole car & almost try to do me for my skinny spare saying it wasn't the correct spare tyre for me to have. He ended up just warning me bout my driver's seat being apparently loose even though he shook the shit out of it to come to this conclusion This Neil bloke def knew what & where to look, he even shone his torch @ my turbo to see if it looked any different from stock. There's plenty of other things that I think they should be doing with their time though...

Well I know I'll need a stock exhaust & then I got quoted from Sinergy to change my HID's to normal globes for 220 but that's not changing 'em back either Got a couple of mates willing to help spin a few spanners with me so far, guess I should get that inspection so I'll know exactly what needs to be done. Would be interesting to get Reuben to help considering I'm Reuben too, kinda been waiting to meet him, don't know too many Reuben's. I know now that I'll have to wait now anyway cos I won't be able to get it cleared before the car show this weekend which was the general idea anyway cos my car is going to be in it. Appreciate everyone's help.

Thanks for your comments mate but I never posted anything about what he missed if u were referring to me, just that there's a bit to do before i take the car through Regency. I'm generally always pretty friendly with cops considering I do/did want to be one one day so this was just unlucky on behalf.

Where would you go for the inspection though? Regency?

Hey guys, just putting something out there to see if anyone has not been able to get their car off defect themselves and has ended up getting somewhere to help them like Nisswreck for example. Would really like to know how people went if they have had to use someone for help in this area. I would generally think that if a place helped you with this then you'd be through Regency basically first go, wouldn't you? Cos they should have all the bases covered yes? Your feedback would be much appreciated, cheers.

Got defected last night on West Terrace. Did me for turbo timer, boost controller & exhaust too low to the ground. Got a bit more than that to fix before I go through regency & like a lot of ppl I wasn't driving like an idiot. Think I might have got this Neil bloke ppl have talked about but he put his partners name on the form so not sure, was definitely a pom though.
