IMO, that's common, it's the 4WD drive system kicking in..the ATTESA system is like what the GT-R has (guessing here). most of the power is at the rear, once the rear steps out, power will transfer to the front to straighten it up.
This is my "first" 4wd car I owened but i have driven alot of 4WD Nisssan's and pretty much the same. For me it felt like the car was going to fall apart. You'll get use to it and surprise alot people off the line (just love that nobody know's it's a 4WD let alone what it is)
