  1. Valve clearances need to be set by shim adjustment.
  2. Single cam RB30 with the right camshaft will make roughly the same power as a 25 at the same boost but with more torque.
  3. Kyle probably has all his flanges made before he builds the manifolds. Most manifolds that he does would have the studs screwed in the flanges, not like these which are in the housings.

  6. I was actually being serious about the word, accumulators are sometimes referred to by that name in the automotive industry. Looks a bit gay when your trying to explain a lubrication system with cop in the middle of it.

  12. I ran 11.6 @ 122mph in a manual r31 on slicks, stock 30e with bolt ons (303rwkw). Was being fairly easy on it off the line so i didnt bend trailing arms though. I reckon you'll need a bit more than 300 with the manual unless you hate the car.
  13. Turbosmart eboosts can have a remote mounted switch wired to earth that changes between boost groups.
  14. Well over 250,000kms at a guess. Monsta stuff is rubbish. Car ran 11.6@122mph 2 weeks ago in a manual r31.
  15. Compression will be fine, im making just over 300rwkw@17psi with a stock unopened 30e and mild wade cam tuned on 98. As Nismoid said, stock vlt setup is the go for you. Dont bother with the ebay stuff.
  16. Ive got the same manifold with a 3582, with the gate off the collector but using a 48mm progate, no issues here. Plumbed back in next to the gearbox too. Its getting boost pressure from the pipework just after the compressor.

  19. You can buy speedflow 1/2inch bsb to -12 adaptors to fit your earls sandwich plate. Only problem is the fittings end up too close to each other and need the corners taken off them to tighten them up.

  22. Shouldnt it be around 117+ for that power? Bit low...... I ran 12.0 @ 117.6 with a stock internal rb30, GT35 etc, manual and on shit street tyres in an R31. Last dyno was 253kw.
  23. Got my old dump for sale, came off an rb30 with ETM manifold and GT35 with 4 bolt rear. Should fit any RB with this style of manifold and turbo. Have upgraded to a 4 inch dump as im chasing more power. Located in tas, can post if needed. Chasing $100, pm me for pics.
  24. A well set up car, lots of goodies. Hollinger box etc. Spends most of its time racing at symmons plains, has done a low 57 so far and expected to go quicker soon.
  25. NGK IRITOP 7's are pregapped at .8
