  1. Neither manifold will fit. GTR injectors are a good cheap upgrade. The 30e will handle 250rwkw all day if tuned properly.

  3. 8's will be useless in a street car, 6's will be more than cold enough for your engine. Check the crankshaft for a worn keyway, had a 25 do this once because some donkey didnt do the crank bolt up tight enough.

  5. I have the exact same problem with my 3582r and 48mm progate, cracks at 12 at around 3300 and builds up to 1 bar at around 5000.

  8. VL is the same box as series 1 and 2, if yours is a series 3 it will have the same gearbox as the r32, r33 boxes also fit with modified cross member and different yolk.

Those coil packs will get nice and hot when that cheap shit chinese exhaust manifold starts glowing after that good quality KKR pushes more heat than air thru that ebay intake manifold. How the hell can you say that there isnt a clutch out there that can handle the power you are making for $2000??? Ive fitted two of Jims clutches now, and i know first hand the power they put up with... more than you will ever make. Hurry up and get it on the dyno, everyone is itching to have a laugh at you buddy

  12. Most trucks use air operated brakes, climb back in your hole wombat. I was making a point that trucks dont use blow off valves because they dont have a throttle plate, what happens when you open the throttle completely on an aspirated engine?? Manifold vacuum disappears. Thanks for the education though, ill keep it all in mind. As Wogboy said, once you create a restriction the vacuum is huge. Getting back on topic now....
  13. Yes there is vacuum generated on the intake stroke only, but there is no manifold vacuum since there is no throttle. Hence the reason for the use of vaccum pumps on smaller diesels with vacuum assisted brakes.
  14. Trucks dont run blow off valves, they dont have throttle plates or even vacuum for that matter. Engine speed all controlled by fuel delivery...

  16. You will need to pull all the steering column surround off and get access to the switch on the back of the barrel. There will more than likely be 2 shear bolts holding the barrel assembly onto the steering column shaft, (never done a 33 so im only guessing) you need to use a sharp centre punch and hammer and tap the bolts undone, this will get the barrel assembly off and the steering lock off. Then just unscrew the switch off the barrel, the switch should have a little notch which you can turn with a screwdriver to start the car.

  18. No, rob has an 85mm hypertune. I fitted that when the twins went on so cant really give you an idea of what difference it made. Are you going to run that dirty old rb20 rail?

  23. Thats the correct block, and yes same stud pattern, just bigger bolts in the 26 head.
