easy one! =P the memory controller for SD cards is stored in the device itself, this means that if the device is cheap or old it may have a controler that can only see 1gb of the data (one reason why CF -compact flash- is better, as it has its memory controller onboard)... tryed it in several different devices?

OMGWTF?!?!?!?!!?!? do you even read stuff before you start ranting?????? or just read the first line and dissmiss it as "inoccent victim rant"??? who are you to insult his choice of career if he wants to be in IA??? cops only have to suspect you of having a defect and they can defect you... so if they REALLY wanted to defect him they probably could of (if they knew the law) probably time for you to head to bed and think long and hard about what you should be posting now that your getting such a good rest
-
+ another one... just had a nice drive up to stirling and back for a client (ahhh... doesnt it suck to HAVE to take you skyline for a hills cruise for work? whilst getting paid to do it??) =P kinda put me in the mood for some more driving!!! edit: anyone??? let me know, please

heat probably isnt the issue, these things are designed to run at pritty hot temps your saying that you get corrupted images in game, hence its related to the textures, textures are either kept in the GPU RAM or in system RAM, random reboots are normally caused by memory issues. but you must remember that the information has to get to and from the RAM somehow, this brings in both the CPU and motherboard into question as to what may possibly be wrong, and with the PC suffering a PUS failure either of these 2 are possible, however, because of the 3 sticks of ram im leaning towards ram... but since the CPU is 2nd hand off of ebay, there is also a chance it is stuffed as well on page 2-16 of the manual: P5N32-SLI Deluxe it states that for dual channerl config, the total size of ram installed in each channel must be identical and on page 2-18 it says, either 1 modlue in any slot for single channel, 1 pair of dimms in either chan a or chan b for dual channel or 4 match sticks for dual channel so 3 sticks = incorrect memory configuration, and hence probably causeing all your errors!

any psu up to the 800w tagan is still cool and quiet, over the 800w tagan and your starting to increase the noise/heat of the system i'd put my money on ram being the problem, either not liking the 3 sticks, or incorrect bios setup for the ram you are running (note: somtimes running spd settings is a lot worse than setting them up at correct timings) if the cards are running fine individually, then the only thing will be the ram causing the problem (and a small chance its the motherboard)
-
how new is the ram?? i'd say that is your problem, and if you read the motherboard manual, it'll probably say you can only run 1, 2 or 4 sticks of ram! with all current CPUs/computers you wuold be CRAZY to run 3 sticks, you want dual channel ram in all of your systems regardless - and to anyone else running 3 sticks (or 1) in a dual ram setup, stop doing it your almost halfing your systems performance!!! also, some games just dont like SLI, and will give you errors when they run in sli (i know wow had massive problems with it) you may have fried the grapics cards when the power supply blew up, or the 650 may not have enough grunt to actually run the cards and hence the graphical errors hope this helps

fair enough, next week then...

looks alright like that as well madaz, probely even better with the red/white break in the lettering...

not sure if its too late to add these up, i figured i'd get off my slack arse and do them myself (as i think most of the back designs are way too compliacted) i think if were going to get these embroided, the simpler the better (and cheaper) enjoy...
-
dont really like any of the backs... well, jugz 1 back is okay, just it says skylines australia a few to many times imo! if it was that back with 1 of the 2 skylines australias and the SAU logo i;d vote for that!!!!

if you look at the banner at the top of the page, that is one of the "official" SAU logos.. skylinesaustralia there is also the SAU like the stickers (with the S ontop of the AU) i think we should keep it to how PK does his, with the SAU logo (and optional username) on the front and "www.skylinesaustralia.com" on the back im not opposed to having giant logo, or tail lights on the back (i think that could look quite good) but having: www.skylinesaustralia.com SAU skylines australia seem like a bit of overkill to me...

i just pm'ed pk... guess we will know the answer when hes online next =)
