umm.. i'd avoid thermaltake stuff, but if you like the looks... just get a diff psu if you can afford a core 2 from intel (with the latest price drop they are awsome) get it!!! they rock, slap amd all over the place 212s have issues on some controllers please buy at least an XFX graphics card.. not msi =( strongly re-consider vista.. its got problems besides from that.... lol, system looks awsome

yeah, i spotted you on morphet road a while back (around where the black 33 with rpm lounge stickers is normally parked), but i've been driving the camry every time i've seen you. well, im round the corner.. hes to my north west (so over the south east corner of his fence is my place) i've just started using the street he lives on to come home to avoid massive drains from the other way (plus if you know where he parks his car, its a bit hard to see from the road at "50" =))

chris, does the 456 has 2 or 4 button remote? (i thought it was the 4.. infact thats the whole reason i wanted the 456 over the 446) still havent decided on the window winders... i was hoping for replies like "it garantees that your windows are wound up, so that for insurance it has to be a forced entry" or something along those lines, something more logical than emotional... we drive skylines, people should be going "omg dude, your car is the best" regardless am i right, or am i right?? =P im just not sure what they do for security, i can see what they do for lazyness and coolness but do i really want to be that lazy or cool? i was hoping there would be a good logical security based answer to the question and put all other concerns to rest, as (for me) its really a question of cost vs security benifit. thanks

Hey there, getting a new alarm installed shortly and i am undecided about if i should go to the effort of putting in window winders or not? so opinions? advice? problems? anything really would be appreciated... infact what im really looking for is a good logical reason to get them installed or not. on the one hand, if you forget to wind your windows up they do it for you, on the other its extra cost for the number of times it'll get actually used vs just turning the ignition and winding them up. thanks in advance

pritty sure i spotted cubes car today at the woodcroft shopping center, was there for work and almost tripped over it. I'm like, hey i know that number plate... was going to double check by seeing if there was glue-stuff left over from the tinting removal but by the time i was finished the car was gone. Tryed looking for you inside to say hi, but couldnt see you.

incase you havent picked up on it yet.. R32 GTSt = RB20DET (2.0 litre engine) R33 GTSt = RB25DET (2.5 litre engine) there is a little top gear segment on buying skylines, its alright, doesnt give you the complete picture, but its a good place to start (you tube has it). most people chose the R33 because of the engine differance, if it was me, R32 all the way as i prefer the chassis (just put a RB25 in it). But in the end cassis is a very personal thing its the engine thats the important bit.

what was even more amazing was that i was having tea with the dealer here in adelaide on a tuesday (as hes originally from here and was back in adealide for christmas) and that friday he was ringing me to get the go ahead for the car!!! so its almost literaly 3 months from the decision to buy the skyline to getting it =)

It was purchased late in January (but had already been passed in at auction once), so from when the car was first found to when it arrived was less than 3 months, and it'll be just over 3 months when its on the road =) if your looking for someone to help you find one, let me know and i'll get you his contact details.. in the middle of writing up a big "how to import guide" ATM so that may also help you out =) yeah madaz, if you take a look at the import101.com import calculator (you have to sign up to get access to it) you can see that all the SEVS and rego and other related costs to the whole getting it on the road bit are $0. so that is where you get the savings from, but from memory you do have to have a CAMS licence of some paticular type to import under race and rally.

ahhh, i'll tell you about it next time were out on a cruise about how i got my nick =) as for my work mates using my nick... well, i work for a computer store, we game against each other on almost a daily basis, half the time we just call each other by our nicks coz that what were used to (as i met my employer threw lanning/gaming) and we've entered heaps of tournaments together (like the $20,000 big pond game arena BF2 comp - where we made top 16, and lost to the eventual winners), so yeah, being called fishpaste or fish is the norm for me and i wouldnt have it any other way =) oh, and if you see anyone with the [AdR] clan tag, frag em for me =) and worst case scenario for all the firewall/security bs is you can go into the services section in control pannel -> administrative tools and dissable it from there

have you used g-spot to find out what codec the video is using? installed the k-like codec pack? how have you been updating to SP2? i have official M$ SP2 update discs at work, drop by, ask for fishpaste and i'll help you out i hope your not using sp1 computers on the internet, if you are dont do any internet bnking, credit card purcheses, or anything else you dont want comprimised. SP1 has massive secuity holes in it now that they just wont fix and your computer will get owned (even with a firewall). hope this helps

I've imported it myself, was introduced to an Adelaide bloke, who works for a dealer over there, while he was back here for Christmas and went from there. Hes actually part owner of Kansai Automotive, and his family is heavily involved with the car scene here in Adealide. Not sure if i should give out his contact details as hes basically in direct competition to SAU sponsors, but if anyone wants help importing a car by themselfs let me know and i should be able to guide you along nicely =D and thanks everyone else, hopefuly i'll be able to go for my first cruise and meet lots more of you on the 28th/29 of this month =)
