  1. REGISTRATION UNTIL JANUARY 2014 2000 model BMW M5 with full 2003 facelift (update model headlights and tail lights - genuine BMW). Purchased in 2012 from Lotus Cup champion John Pagonas. All older and worn parts were replenished and restored with no expense spared. All work was carried out by BMW specialist Matthew Kane from Bimmertech in Balgowlah, New South Wales. This vehicle has been fastidiously cared for throughout its life. The vehicle is mechanically sound and preventative maintenance has always been completed ahead of schedule using brand new parts to ensure reliability and performance at all times. Genuine highway mileage, almost all of the kilometres on this vehicle were accumulated by the previous owner who regularly commuted from Melbourne to Sydney. BMW M5 owners in the United States easily see over 450,000 kilometres on their E39 M5’s without any problems what so ever. This is evident on the M5 enthusiast’s community forum (www.m5board.com), so you can be rest assured that this vehicle will provide many years of trouble-free ownership. The E39 M5's were sold for $200,000 in Australia when new. VEHICLE CONDITION: The body work is in good condition for its age with a minor mark on the passenger side door (not noticeable) and some small paint chips on the front bar. There is no rust or damage on the vehicle. The factory clear coating and paint protection is completely intact and glossy. However as you would expect, it is not a brand new vehicle and there are a few unnoticeable scuffs on two of the wheels from the previous owner. These minor blemishes have been considered into the price and have absolutely no effect on the vehicle's performance and drive-ability.   5. Very cheap. I'm also selling an Evo. I've experienced a lot of time wasters and bullshiters. The best thing to do is ask them if they are willing to put a deposit down after test drive. If you get people saying "i'm looking at a few cars right now" or "umm, ahhh" rubbish, don't bother with them. They're just time wasters.
