Stock trading guys, keep eye out for this: http://www.afr.com/business/health/biotechnology/telix-pharmaceuticals-snares-big-backers-20170915-gyiccx http://www.bioworld.com/content/aussie-radiopharma-firm-telix-opens-largest-biotech-ipo-asx-csl-0 The Mrs works for their partnering companies and it seems the directors are investing BIG money before it goes public.. might be a good train to jump on board. I've got no idea as haven't looked into it enough but thought i'd mention it. https://hotcopper.com.au/asx/tlx/
  4. Over 10 years ago for me.. I was 17 when I joined SAU
  5. Get a woodfire pizza oven while you're at it. If I had some land and space / money would do the whole Outdoor kitchen thing
  6. Fair enough, was looking at them the other day.. soo many different types. My current one is shit and basically only cooks closed lid. (was a freebie)
  7. Z&B or Weber?
  8. Who else is having to work today?
  9. I went to a really good one a few years back, up and down greens road near eastlink all the shitty cars pulled over to watch and push the traffic lights to get a red then the quick 8-9sec street cars would have runs. Good times.
  10. hahaha I used to get those messages ages ago, I guess my car stopped being cool
  11. Ah just got home from a little drive shoulda msged me brah! next time
  12. #mowerlinesaustralia
  13. Now that I'm moved in with the mrs.. we have 2 mowers for about 3mx3m of grass. Got a 2 stroke whipper snipper too, love revving that baby up
  14. Only took me 6 years I've actually spent more time in the Aussie cars than Imports
  15. http://www.modesta.com.au/products-coatings/?P=1749 ?
  16. Took the STI up mount dandenong last night, the grip is unreal, even if I could grip on the GS because the front seats were like couches you just end up sliding out the window anyway. Love how the new cars have the turning headlights where you're turning into and the automatic high beam turn-off when a car comes up or the other way, makes the hills very good fun
  17. Thanks mate, yeah it's nice and zippy. I kind of like how it has the 90s turbo car characteristics (little bit of lag then good power throughout the revs) paired with the awesome tech and gadgets. Sticks to the road well and can confidently turn out of corners full throttle, wouldn't dare to in the GS.
  18. blue, it's my first actual coloured car. no plans for any cosmetics or suspension, after 6-12 months will do intake/exhaust/tune to wake it up a bit and for some sound that'll be it
  19. Bigger wheels and tyres, and yeah 6 pot front brembos 2 pot rear brembos bigger rotors too even from last years STI. And yeah the whole driver controlled center diff stuff will be fun to play with Do you guys suggest doing any new car paint protection stuff? inb4 final inspection ceramic coat? subaru quoted 1500 for this.. Dezz you do anything special paint protection wise to your ute when you got it?
  20. Yeah so WRX has the new FA20 (GT86) engine with a turbo on it (sounds like crap, but good econemy) WRX STI still has EJ257 2.5l boxer same as the last few years (sounds good, proven, heaps of parts) Then you got all the other usual stuff that makes the STI cooler and 10k more I guess too.
  21. Pretty much yeah, I'll be doing the usual intake/exhaust/tune eventually but that'll be it for me. I think 200awkw-ish? Aka I better not come up against a silver R33 skyline at the lights, I'll be farked!!
  22. Yeah apparently the STI engine refresh isn't due till 2020 to go the FA platform. The problem with the normal WRX was the sound of the FA engine The STI ol' EJ sounds beast still for a 4 banger, my first 4 banger
  23. That one does come with stainless steel tips but just not on their site, which is what i'd go for, yeah there's no interior options at all really, it's like standard/premium/spec r and then they come with specified seats for the model & other accessories. I'm not sure, I actually reckon my FPV got better resale when comparing what I got to other STIs of the same era on carsales. Hopefully the Spec R means something for resale though yeah.
  24. Nah don't be silly. Will be rocking 22s
  25. It's an STI, gotta go YOLO and have the signature wing
