  7. When i was home gyming I was taking a mass gainer for a bit, and just ate lots of anything really I probably didn't gain that much muscle (mainly because I wasn't working out hard enough / often enough) but at least gained a bit of mass and newbie gains. I always have a protein shake after gym but TRY to have it twice a day sometimes I forget though / don't get a chance.

  12. yeah as Birds said, did a about 2 months 'home gym' before I joined a real gym in November last year which is when the gains really started. I'm pretty dedicated now, after receiving some compliments from the ladies it just boosts motivation even more lets be real. The strength gains are a bonus, no need to trolly stuff around at work anymore!

  16. this guy got my back! basically I wanted a brand new, legal car with good power and decent handling for $55k nothing else came close - sure i've spent $5k on 'mods' but to me wheels / coilovers were gonna go on any car I got. Didn't want fork out like $20k building up my 33GTR sure, would be quick but still a 90s car that i spent too much on imo
  17. Sorry not new ecu, just a flash tuner module.
  18. +1 for Jack
  19. Don't see how people can give me shit with the ECU costing me $800 brand new and tune was like $600 which is like normal? :s Power FCs are what $750 second hand? Duno why haters hate just because it says "ford" there's faggots/ricers in all brands of cars.
  20. 90kg bench press tonight happy with that (weight 74kg atm) yea yea I know still light
  21. on another note, 90kg bench press today! woohoo!
  22. That includes the cost of the flash tuner (like power FC hand controller) so no more than my GTR cost me to tune.. Infact cheaper!
  23. exactly right!, spent like $2700 on wider wheels / better tyres, $2000 on suspension, vs my $1400 tune
