  9. yea +1 for cops being pretty lazy, only reason they found my bike was the fact it was used in armed robery and dumped after get-away.
  10. true I guess if i just clean up my eating gut will slowly go away anyways while still eating enough to get through workouts, i shall experiment a bit I workout 4 times a week + try to play some tennis or something at least once a week I guess only reason why this was even on my mind in the first place was @ the beach mates telling me "you need to loose 4-5kg and you'll look heaps better"

  12. cool thanks for the good tips, big one for me is probably reducing meal size especially at home like you said pasta was stacked a bit high tonight probably another reaosn I want to lose a couple of KGs is so I can see what muscles I need to work on! what about coffees? i tend to have a white coffee at work (no sugar)

So I wanna lose a couple of KGs by easter, any quick tips? kinda wana loose my slightly flabby gut (76kg atm) 5"10? ish Today my diet actually started and looking at what I eat a bit more, today was weatbix, brown rice and chicken for lunch, then pasta for dinner (dinner is what ever mum cooks), a banana and a shake. Found it hard to get through todays workout not sure if it's the heat or something but yeah.
