  1. Nah I think a tow bar on a M3 will look a bit silly, knowing my luck on past 2nd hand vehicles something will go wrong too Interior looks nice thats for sure, I'm just no that into BMWs I guess. And ye the new civic looks like a 80s transformer toy. Focus RS is the only other one I like around this price point, maybe I'm too into the boy racer feels again. 370z is another that's kinda cool, but shit hasn't changed in 10 years, also missing a turbo.
  2. Said no one ever. I got 4 3.5" tips, need more m8
  3. Pic? Yeah but 10 years old come 2018, and they've got 130,000kms on them I'd rather a new Subie instead. I know they're an awesome car but would hate to have something go wrong and be out of the warranty period.
  4. That's it, gotta be real with it and know exactly how much stuff will be worth in time. Do what makes you happy, only live once don't want to be a slave over mortgage then you blink and you're 50 and had no fun. #yolo Surely a sequential gearbox for the Pulsar in the works?
  5. The funny thing is, watched a review of the 3 last night that rated the type R the BEST looking car out of the 3, you're kidding right? aside from the triple exhaust looks no good IMO. Comes down to personal preference like anything I guess. I can justify a 60k car, e.g drive it for 6 years, sell for 30ish (same as what I'll be doing with my Ford essentially) rinse and repeat, I can live with 5k loss every year to drive something new and nice without *hopefully* breaking down.
  6. The 2018 comes with new 19s now, and you can buy them with no spoiler too if you want. The brakes look HUGE as it's still a small-ish car, if / when I get one I'd be leaving it stock with the addition of a tow bar and axle back exhaust. *said no one ever* The RS and Honda Type R seem to be better in general performance wise (splitting hairs) but never like the look of hatch's, IMO the Subies have best interior and best looking. I was set on a 2016/2017 with low kms once my car sells, now that the 2018 refresh is here makes me want that instead now fml.
  7. Exactly that combo, I loved it in person.
  8. Birds how many lunch's does Barry owe now?
  9. Didn't Russel run a RB20 for ages in his R32? sounded mint back in the day (2010ish?) tl;dr Pat go RB20 for the sound
  10. Speaking of brakes, checked out the 2018 STI over the weekend at the dealership, was froffin at the mouth when I saw the new for 2018 model's bright green 6 pot brembos, looked so good against the WR blue colour.
  11. are they slots worn down completely?
  12. Pretty sure my brother went through 2 or 3 040's and changed to Walbro with no such issue? dunno. e85 lyf. Pat gotta feel good driving it again I'm guessing, must be an animal with an RB25 in it now.
  13. Lol f**k, and I thought filling up mine every 350km or so was a pain in the ass. that would mean you'd be looking for a servo after 150kms
  14. Different down here, never had to do that 7 years ago 16.1l / 100km in the ol v8, average speed of 33km/h explains it
  15. ITT: People with e85 convince themselves it's as good as 98 on coldstart
  16. Pretty sure bat/bird shit ruined some paint on my rear bar.. cant even polish it out. raging. Doesn't look terrible but still.
  17. My old road bike had no gauge and was carby / fuel line with reserve switch, it would conk out of fuel while riding, reach down and switch to reserve - restart it off I go while still moving. Insert dealwithit.jpg to the cars next to me
  18. E85 = more like ~$1.90 a litre of 98
  19. Don't mock it till you've tried it hahaha this was my old bike when I needed some more range.. was still almost left stranded.
  20. Can't, no number plates & wouldn't go far with 7l tank
  21. One of them yes, I want something different so looking at manual, turbo, tow bar, modern nice things like ass warmers, sun roof etc. I do like the VF SS but too similar to what I already got, even if i got a manual.
  22. You selling up too? I think the best excuse so far when someone looked is that it's too modified, and want to buy it without the suspension and exhaust, then when I said no problems I'll get that sorted with a RWC never hear back. Tyre kickers galore, had 3 so far actually come and LOOK, a few dreamers messaging.
  23. STI yeah RS dunno haven't looked into yet.
  24. Yep doesn't matter the type of car I guess I'm not too fussed as long as it goes by December because rego due, service due etc. in the mean time saving pennies for a fresh update So far Focus RS and STI top of the list.
  25. Ofcourse I get messages once my car is returned to stock "bro why has your ad pictures changed, i was going to make you an offer" Yet when it was modified people come look "bro it's a bit low for my liking"
