If I had a s14 or skyline etc id just turn it into a track car, but no chance I'm turning a 60k car into a track car. Aaron it's a tough decision though work cars are meant to be worth around 15k a year (when you take into account wear and tare, fuel, rego, insurance)

I do but with my new job I get a car provided for personal use / work (after 3 month probationary period).. it'd be stupid for me to keep a 60k car in the driveway losing value every week.. could be house time.. but yeah all depends on if I like the new job.. I'd feel like shit selling it but gotta do what you gotta do.. Work car will probably be a Mazda 3.. I wonder what my odds of convincing the boss to buy a MPS would be? haha.. I got my motorbike for cheap thrills I guess.. but yeah dunno if I could sell the FPV just yet.. such a awesome car.

the 86 would be a good car to have in combination of owning a r6 or gsxr or something.. then at least you have something for the straight line speed when you want it agree that no turbo = boring

cops will be all over the turbo kits i'd say (cos a lot of people will be bored of 2.0l n/a power) i'd go for a 350z - however i understand people wanting a new sporty car for a half decent price

Alex that's about right, my other mates with SS's xr8s etc all seem to be roughly the same figures as mine, the commodore maybe uses a bit more But teh power and sound can't be beaten I fill up and still get 4-500ks depending on how / where I drive Freeway about 8.5l per 100 I almost made it back from Canberra on the same tank
