  17. Yeah flex seems like a good idea on paper, I'd want to have complete confidence in the tuner though! I think an STI would be more like 250km, those tanks are small af. Been looking into getting a Subi

  19. Engines too small.. by the time you add a charger you're making it struggle even more, say hello to your RB15 (1.5L, that's the joke) Is there any point spending money on a EJ257? from my research looks like minimal gains (intake exhaust tune ~35whp?) Asking for... a friend.
  20. screw centrifugal chargers, if you're doing that may as well just go turbo, almost the same amount of stuffing around with plumbing etc. PD where it at, say goodbye to your tyres

  23. Go the supercharger, you'll love it. And yeah you can change boost by smaller pulley & the tune, e.g my car can be adjusted from low boost (3psi ish to 9psi ish stock standard) but if I want more than that I need to buy a smaller pulley to spin the supercharger harder. The problem here lies that then generally need the supporting mods like a turbo car, fuel pump, injectors etc.
  24. Supercharger is really nice when someone in a Camry cuts you off or something and you need the instant 'f**k you' foot down smoke them up as you go around them. Oh and going up the mountains you can basically sit in any gear you want You don't get the rushing feel of torque like a turbo though, just because torque is basically flat through whole rev range, either will be a great mod.
  25. He drives a 6.2l V8, I don't think he's concerned about fuel. Yeah mines a 1.9l harrop! about 9psi atm
