  1. 2010 GTR rims, the new cracking 'Rotas'? : http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/356887-r35-rims-cracking/page__pid__5708643#entry5708643
  2. I dont like people that come and look at your car for sale, and say they been looking for like a year its like nothing is good enough for them and they want to find a 100% perfect show room condition car from the 90s and expect the price to be the same as every other car. Also don't like when you ask "looked at many cars?" And they respond by saying yeah - been looking at (insert 15 different cars here) its like they don't know what they want and just seems like a waste of time. This is only my personal experience though. Especially when some of the cars on the list are 10k and some are 50k +
  3. scotty -5s!!
  4. I recon they look mad
  5. He had to get engineers and RWC so was $$$$ :\
  6. looking good! you're right about the GTR seats being way better than the GTST ones I use to drive a GTS on my Ps the R seats keep you warm going to work
  7. brother got done for it in his series 2
  8. Unless it has been engineered you will have trouble.
  9. looks awesome
  10. Dont we pay our yearly fee for stickers?
  11. hahaha, the dogs fitment isnt hellaflush
  12. Got the car back from Racepace after doing the 100k service, they did notice the rear rotors and pads needed to be replaced so they put some DBA 4000 series on and Fedoro racing pads. They threw the Tomei cam gears on at the same time as well and modified the standard solenoid a bit to allow 1-2 extra PSI through. Made 233.5kw with just the exhaust / cam gears and a little boost: And the new rear rotors: Will be doing the fronts soon enough as well. As you can see by the dyno sheet the car is making good power its just a little lazy, Chris said turbos could be high flowed or intercooler may have a small crack or something somewhere as they tested the usual suspects such as BOVs holding pressure and wastegates working as intended - both tests we ok he said so thinking it could be somewhere within the intercooler itself. Will be all upgraded eventually anyways, for now still making decent power considering. -Leigh
  13. I was at tafe only a year and a half ago pretty fun driving past all the mechanics in the skyline while they all got VT commos then I hop out with my laptop full nerd spec lolol Shan - give me a BJ first all good liked it
  14. Yeah he had a look but couldn't find the cause checked the usual stuff, he said it might be something that we cant see e.g high flowed so could just be wasting time / money. It should fix itself up when I get some new turbs and intercooler kit i think
  15. Yeah had a good look at the dyno thread, somethings up not sure what though but still making good power thinking of maybe getting a hard pipe kit or something might be a leak somewhere under the shield / shell of some of the piping
  16. Paul you can see what I mean by the car being a bit lazy - Chris said turbos could of been high flowed or possibly crack in intercooler or something he did test the wastegates and BOVs were holding pressure fine apparently.
  17. well the rears were a bit warped apparently and needed replacing so eh fronts will be upgraded soon
  18. I was thinking -5s want to have a bit of fun on the street before I turn it into a track car - I'm talking a couple of years first -5s with supporting mods obviously.
  19. haha yeh sooner or later hells yeh
  20. Yeah I think they just adjust it a few degrees to make bit better / power comes on a bit earlier I think
  21. Wallet feels ok, was expected to be a few things wrong doing the 100k service had to get new rear rotors / pads so decided may as well get a bit of a upgrade for the track / good pads the rear rotors look sexy now but the fronts still stock for now
  22. Got car back from racepace brakes so much better now as well. Made 233.5kw with just exhaust and cam gears
  23. Nah, wouldn't be able to get what I want for it and mates talked me out of evos haha Deciding to just do mine up and eventually un-rego it turn it into a track car buy a f6 or something to tow it
  24. Billy just get 400R ones best bang for buck to fit your rims i'd say, maybe go carbon and see if it looks any good? should look ok I think cos your car is black, save $$$ then on paint. Cars finished from racepace woo picking it up later on this arvo - Chris mentioned my car was a bit lazy on the dyno like I've been complaining about did the basic wastegate / bov check but thought it might be high flowed turbos or crack in intercooler somewhere or something needless to say will be upgrading sooner or later and sorting it out, apparently still making good power so shall see what a exhaust boost and cam gears can do (oh and a freshly serviced car )
