I think the standard sound system doesn't have tweeter or sub grills in the pillars / parcel shelf, and also no amp. Mines premium has the 2 front 2 back, sub in parcel shelf, amp, and 2 tweeters up front. I'm sure you could fit your own stuff but imo the premium sound is fine if you find the right car. Took me a while to find a GS fully optioned already at a showroom in black, finally found one and bought it Cannot stress enough how bad the cloth interior vs leather looks though. Simon, try find a cheap GS 5.0l? nothing good on carsales at the moment though

Yeh that'll get you a nice mark2, the touch screen is a nice touch, they have the projector style head lights too. Must get leather though, as all the door trims etc look wayyy better. Mark2 look alright in white, those are stock wheels too

Pretty much yeah just the diff. I THINK even the suspension is the same. The 6 speed auto is a great gearbox, and as you said has good towing weight. Don't forget they all use 5x114.3 too so you can wack on some spare JDM wheels yo. if you ever need/want to. How much you looking to spend? I'll keep my eye on the club fg group..

XR6T has the same interior if you get the leather option (like mine) just make sure you get one with "premium sound" and "colour screen", reverse camera even better (like mine) Leather, colour screen, premium sound (subwoofer), reverse camera are the options you want. Then the interior won't seem as cheap. If you get a 2012 or newer it'll be mark 2 with a touch screen and different headlights + front bar , and they're all colour so slightly better oh and they have bluetooth music streaming, unlike mark 1 which has ipod connection + aux. (still bluetooth for phone CALLS though) the xr6t engine makes around 250rwkw ish stock anyways, tune it with injectors, new dump + cat, intake and you see some pretty good gains oh and yeh, they tow like you've got nothing on the back.. awesome towing cars. #fordsalesrep

It's not just Telstra it's all ISPs, I've had bad experiences with the lot of em through work. Less with the smaller ones (TPG etc. but that's purely because less of our customers use them) TIO complaint got me out of the GFs shitty ADSL connection with MYreplublic, after numerous 1 hour + waiting in queue to their call center.. now using Optus 200GB 4g gateway for $70 a month. Hacked the modem to lock it to 4G 2300mhz to keep the speeds at 12mbps down.. thats the best we can do at her place. No cable, ADSL got 500ms ping and <1mbps. and ofcourse no nbn

Bit of a boring race yesterday, once Riciardo dropped out of the running the crowd lost a lot of interest.. was good watching them for a bit but gets repetitive seeing no overtakes, left about half way through the race. On another note the V8 supercars were pretty cool.

Yeah they're still based on the 08 FG, same as my 2011 although mines got some FPV adjustments & improvements. I still rate mine better than the 2015 STI I drove in almost all areas beside the seat / satnav. Camera + climate control of the Ford shat on the STI Oh the STI had a nicer steering wheel too.. felt like a Prius power wise though, WRX > STI engine

True that, it's more me not getting off my ass and doing a course or doing something different to side step down the management path rather than technical. Plan has always been do technical stuff till about 30 so I've got a solid 10 years experience then re-evaluate what I wanna do in my 30s career wise. I know I'm listing numbers but I dunno, in IT seems like everything changed once I had 5 years experience under my belt, that could just be like you said by achieving more in that time than others with 20 yrs experience.. man some of these old guys have NFI how shit works..

I want to get out of technical work and go into an I.T PM role before becoming a 'senior' don't think I've got it in me to continue down the tech path forever. No one wants to listen to a 27 y/o boss them around though, I still gotta do some courses too to get in the door
