  1. I've been watching too many youtube videos of modded 35GTRs, makes me want one

If anything goes wrong with the GTR just upgrade it with aftermarket parts, probably a lot out there compared to some of those Audis I wonder if I'd still be a manchild by the time I could afford a decent 35, smart thing would be pay off mortgage but #yolo right? Probably sell GS once it gets to like 100,000kms.. so about another 4 years, still going strong this thing.. only at 58k so no reason to get rid of it really apart from the usual 'getting over it'

  12. Yep correct, even though I had 10% deposit, the loan figure was basically for the whole house price anyway. Unless you can save 20% to avoid LMI.. but thats 80k for my 400k house so yeah nah. Actually come to think of it, I had about ~5k extra left over from the home loan which I ended up spending on random furniture n shit.. Think I got the pest inspection thing done too, oh and in the contract put that all appliances etc are to be in working order (don't want to be forking out 1k on air con or ovens etc.)
  13. Mine was, I just saved 10% deposit of what I bought house for, but by the time all the fees came on top, loan was about 20k extra
  14. I got my place cheaper based on them wanting a lower settlement time, love seeing similar places auction off for way more around the streets a couple of years on too.
  15. Birds good idea, now might be the time for you guys to shop for a bargain. I wouldn't let saving ~8k stampers stop you from getting a mad buy.

  18. I could of got a job in the city quite easily, but fark that travel every day. Still got a SE suburbs good job by being stubborn and only looking out the SE for jobs, a lot of them around box hill, mulgrave, knox, mentone, dandenong I noticed. All my other I.T mates are working in the city, easy to get dat dere 6 figs in city but not far off out in the suburbs

  20. agreed, in my street alone which only goes upto like number 74 theres like 20+ townhouses getting built I guess when they go for 700k a pop its worth knocking down their old gold mines

  22. Yeh being close to train station was one of my big things when looking, so handy when you need to go to city for work, events etc.
